I came here for Black Friday (11/28/2025) and they had 10+ different made in USA models (990V6s, V4s, 993, 996, and 998) and some other cheaper but popular models that I didn't care about. I only shop NB for shoe made in the UK and US and this outlet store had several for me to pick from for less than $100. I ended up picking up a pair of V6 - see photo attached - for 50 bucks (the original retail price is $199). Staff were very friendly. There were so many people shopping here. I already own over 30 pairs of New Balance, so I had to really resist myself from buying multiple pairs. I am not sure when this Black Friday deal ends but if you're looking for comfortable high-quality sneakers made in USA for under $100, head on over to NB factory store now!

Every freaking time I saw The North Face store,…read morethere was a long line of people waiting to get in; but finally, I sucked it up the last hour of the store being open - and left with a bunch of goods. If you're a fan of North Face, you'll love the selection here. At a discounted price! We all know North Face can be spendy, so if you're in the area and have come this far already, you best get what you see. It'll sell out. The women's and men's selection were way more than I thought, and was able to find a lot of items I was looking for. I left with an insulated jacket, a rain jacket shell, sweat pants, snow boots and a thin fleece hoodie. I could've left with more, but really wanted to just get items I needed rather than wanted. The day I visited all their down jackets were 40% off and fleeces were 30% off. If you don't see a size in stock, the staff is happy to check in the back for you. In fact, despite how busy it was, employees were super friendly. I'm glad I finally decided to check out The North Face store here. I heard many people rave about the outlet, and can totally see why after visiting. Again, it's definitely worth the wait if you're a North Face fan, as the prices are significantly discounted with day-of promotions.

You can barely see anything in the store. Imagine walking into a clothing store where you can't clearly see the items or even their colors. The lighting is unbelievably bad. The staff member was friendly and opened a fitting room for me, but the situation got even worse there. The fitting room was completely dark. I literally couldn't see the clothes I was trying on--or even the clothes I was wearing. It took me about 10 minutes just to put my own clothes back on. Is this brand trying to save money on electricity? What is going on? This is unacceptable for a clothing store. I left the clothes there and will never buy from this brand again--not in-store and not online.
