He was able to match the color of the rest of the office despite the fact that I had no idea the original brand or name that existed. The paint looks fresh and smooth, and he touched up other places in our space as a courtesy. The job was estimated to take up to 5 business days but Adam and Justin quickly and efficiently completed the tasks in 3 1/2 days. They left the place clean and sanitized everything for us which was pretty great as my team returned. Adam volunteered to help build the new desks/chairs so our staff could come into their brand new space Monday morning and get right to work! I had a great experience with this company and I would recommend hiring them for your project, too.

They couldn't even throw some plastic cover over shades to protect them?? - Had to twist their arm to prep front window since peeling paint left the surface uneven. Bro: if it was just about applying paint, I can do that. The prep is the hard stuff I hired you to do. Apparently, they have numerous crews with different quality. I am a credit manager for a door company with four branches! I personally know tons of door guys and carpenters. Some who even owe me a favor or two for not putting a lien on their jobs. I have known some of these people for years & I have been at my place of employment for close to 12 years. Here's the thing, I never mix my personal life with my business life. Could I get a new door, frames, hinges & everything else needed at a slightly discounted price? That would be a hard yes. Do I know a few carpenters & installers that wouldn't charge me for labor? Also a hard yes. I learned early on not to date contractors and I also learned not to have them in my home doing my repairs. I always try to use locally owned and operated businesses and I luckily found Solid Home Solutions right here on Yelp. Michael was great! He responded to my quote request quickly, was easy to communicate with and his rates are more than fair. My front door was repaired as much as possible for now and Michael did a wonderful job. Actually, he went above and beyond to make it work. A few months ago, I hired them to paint most of the interior of my in-laws' new house including ceilings, walls, and baseboards. The ceilings and walls were previously dark colors and my in-laws wanted a lighter color as shown in the photos. FLS did excellent work. They do very meticulous prep to cover items that should not be painted. This is so important because a lot of painters do sloppy prep and then you end up having paint on places you don't want it to be. During the painting inspection on both our house and my in-laws' house, I could not find any issues for FLS to fix (and I am a very picky person). I went through the house in the day with a flashlight to find any imperfections and I did not find anything. They did a fabulous job. The owner is a pleasure to work with I also like that they have an admin person who you can email and call and who responds quickly. They are also VERY competitively priced. For my home, I got 4 estimates and FLS gave me the best price. For my in-laws' house, I got two estimates and they were hundreds less than the competitor.
