After 45 minutes in the testing booth, I am confident that they got an excellent hearing test on my 4 year old. I have been extremely happy with our hearing aid services and direct communication with Dr. Trautner since day one. Their office staff are caring and respectful. My kids are treated so kindly. Dr. Trautner went above and behind with helping us seek funding for services that are not covered by insurance. Easy scheduling and the best care. I highly recommend their office for children's audiology services!

Finally, after friends and family kept pushing they went to see the UW audiologists and after careful fitting and counseling purchased a pair of hearing aids that work. I found the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee Audiology Group which has continued to provide me with comprehensive and quality services. The accredited group sells a variety of up to date models, does careful fitting, and regularly follows up on my satisfaction and the hearing aids' effectiveness. I really appreciate the consideration and guidance given by the University's faculty members. The Group's successful efforts over time to have several of my aids repaired or replaced by the manufacturers have benefited my hearing ability and have saved me money.

I saved alot of money from UHC and great service from BSW. Brian was great. (word of caution though, UHC makes you pay up front for your hearing aids. This can be up to $2,000). BSW is a nice Milwaukee family business. Scott is dad and Brian is son. I met with both. Excellent service. The people that take your appointment are nice too. All very professional. One of my hearing aids was broken and was told by my audiologist that it couldn't be fixed and was too old to update the software. I couldn't use the app anymore too because they needed to be updated. They said I had to buy new ones for approximately $4000. Thought I'd get a second opinion with a location that accepts my new health coverage. Brian at BS Wisniewski was amazing. He not only fixed the broken one but updated the software in both too! Now I can use the app again. All for $150! All of the office staff were so nice too. It's reallly busy there because they are so good. Highly recommended! I'd give them more stars if I could.

Physical Therapist, Phil Berghold came to my home. I was nervous about having someone come into my home for therapy. I didn't need to be nervous. Phil was down to earth, firm, but kind. We sat at my kitchen island, chatted, and talked about the care he planned for me. On May 5th, 2025 I had knee replacement surgery. Once again I stayed at my daughter's home. My daughter's family worked and played as if Phil and I belonged in their home. Everyone was comfortable. A few days later Phil met with me at my home. He has helped me recover from two surgeries.
