One of my hearing aids was broken and was told by my audiologist that it couldn't be fixed and was too old to update the software. I couldn't use the app anymore too because they needed to be updated. They said I had to buy new ones for approximately $4000. Thought I'd get a second opinion with a location that accepts my new health coverage. Brian at BS Wisniewski was amazing. He not only fixed the broken one but updated the software in both too! Now I can use the app again. All for $150! All of the office staff were so nice too. It's reallly busy there because they are so good. Highly recommended! I'd give them more stars if I could.

It has been so consistent and positive: the phone calls, the check-in, the minimal/non-existent waiting after check-in, and my actual appointments. All of the information has been clear (albeit overwhelming--I recommend bringing a notebook to take notes), I don't feel pressured to "wrap it up" due to time, and the coaching/support has been curious, genuine, and empathetic.

However, what's really impressive is that I've talked to several friends who have gone there and they've all been extremely satisfied with the service. Two of them went in with difficult issues to resolve and walked out with solu One in particular had gone to a big retailer to save money on the hearing aids but they were never satisfied with the results and stopped wearing them. Finally, after friends and family kept pushing they went to see the UW audiologists and after careful fitting and counseling purchased a pair of hearing aids that work. I found the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee Audiology Group which has continued to provide me with comprehensive and quality services. The accredited group sells a variety of up to date models, does careful fitting, and regularly follows up on my satisfaction and the hearing aids' effectiveness. I really appreciate the consideration and guidance given by the University's faculty members. The Group's successful efforts over time to have several of my aids repaired or replaced by the manufacturers have benefited my hearing ability and have saved me money.

When we called, they told us to disregard the bill. 3 months later we receive a 2nd bill for these same services now stating that the bill is 90 days overdue. They need to hire staff that actually knows what they are talking about instead of giving people the run around.

Went to him for a simple procedure that was to be done in the hospital. Dr Reider called me trying to push me to do the procedure in his building, it was a building in the Franklin Home Depot parking lot, what a hell hole. Before surgery Dr Reider told me if I keep the insurance out and pay cash he would do it for 1300.00, after surgery Dr Reider wants to scam me and bill me 4000.00, this guy is a crook. While on the phone I asked for a statement showing all they would bill me is 1300.00 and I was told they can't put that in writing, good thing I recorded the phone call. STAY AWAY FROM THIS CROOKED DOCTOR. The procedure was a fail, clearly Dr Reider doesn't know what he is doing and then he makes it worst by screwing you out of money. I ended up going elsewhere for medical care so I could get to work on time. When I called and asked about when the clinic opened, I was told 8 am, but that the providers are not available until later in the day. This is not a walk-in clinic.
