I stopped in for a free hearing test about 3 years ago and was shocked to see evidence of a pretty significant hearing loss, although I had been aware of it for some time. I had considered getting Eargo hearing aids online, and am VERY glad I stayed local. Besides the expertise of this long-standing family-owned business in helping me select the right hearing aids for me, I have been very impressed with their customer service after my purchase. Every time I stop in for a box of batteries, they clean my hearing aids at no cost. I have gone in for minor adjustments several times and they are always very accommodating with their time to make sure I am completely satisfied. Recently, one of my aids got wet and they had to send it in for repair. They told me the $255 repair bill would get applied toward a new pair or an upgrade when these wear out. Excellent service.
