Beyond disappointed I have been getting my nails done for over four years and I have never been so disappointed. Now I am not one to complain about much but I paid 33 bucks for the lady to just apply black gel nail polish. It was an awful job it was bumpy choppy and not nicely done it looked like I did it on my own in a rush! Asked her to file my nails a bit and it didn't look like she did anything. My sister went in and was promised a free manicure to fix the sloppy job they did last time and when she went in today the lady tried charging her and the lady laughed in her face when my sister told her she was promised a free manicure. Generally I have been extremely happy with their service. Wendy and Kelly do an amazing job on nails, and I have been bringing my kids for years. Unfortunately I brought my daughter for the false lashes as a birthday present on Saturday, the 15th. After paying 85.00 for the lashes, they looked great, but her eyes were burning. Diane put them on and said they would stop in a bit. By the next morning her eyes were burning. I tried using the lash glue remover, as well as natural olive oil. Nothing worked. I brought her in today and Kelly removed them. Kelly told her that whoever put on the lashes but too much glue on and that was why the eyes were burning. My daughter told her that she had them done there, to which Kelly replied not to have that person do them again. On top of that, she was charged 10.00 to take them off. I then called when my daughter got home and spoke with Wendy. The best they would do was offer to give me 10.00 off my next service. Well, there will not be a next time. I would expect to pay 85.00 to have the false lashes applied correctly. I would at least expect a full refund of not only the 10.00, but the 85.00 we paid as well. That is not the case, I will never go back to a place that will not stand behind their service. read more

This is the worst salon I have ever been to. I went to go get a gel manicure. The guy who did it seemed as though he had no clue what he was doing. The next day my nails started chipping. I never had this problem before. I called right away and told them what happened and they said to come in. I made an appointment with them. They day I came in for my appointment I sat there and waited for 25 minutes. These two girls came in without appointments and they lady serviced them before me. I was so upset. When she finally got to me she was rushing through. She didn't even take the old gel off. I said "won't it look bad" she said no. Another lady came in and she said she will be going back and forth with her and I which was ridiculous because I made an appointment. My nails came out looking worse. She had put so many layers of polish that my nails looked so thick. I had asked before if I could have my money back and she said no. I will never go back to that place. Horrible service. I was rly disappointed with this place. I just went in for a simple full set and it ended up being so complicated. I don't know the name of the girl who did my nails but they came out rly uneven and my thumbs are shorter than the rest of the nails. I messed up my nails the first time getting something out of my handbag after she said they were dry enough and instead of doing it over she was lazy and just painted over it. Since it had multiple coats it didn't dry i sat there for 30 minutes and it still didn't dry the whole time i was sitting there she was watching tv on her tablet and she completely forgot about me. After waiting half an hr i finally went up to her and had her just take the nail polish off and re-paint it and it took about 10 minutes to dry. What a waste of my time just because she was being lazy! read more

I have been coming to pro happy nails for a few years. I attend school in San Marcos and started to have my nails done at a salon near school. Over Memorial Day weekend I decided to get a fill with gel here in Temecula. The lady that did my nails here did them super fast. I can still see the color on the sides that I had previously and she didn't paint my full finger nail bed and had messy sides of the nail. I returned a week later because the polish had started chipping already. I usually can have a set for 3 weeks without any issues. The lady just kept telling me it was my fault and I would have to pay for another fill. I was shocked with such poor customer service. I asked if she would at least fix the one that was chipped really bad and she said no it was my fault. I will no longer be returning here due to the lack of customer service, once they have your money they do not care to fix any problems. This salon has been going down hill for about a year now. They stopped accepting cards for a while, took away the paraffin wax that use to come with the pedicures, now rush services with clients and the cleanliness level has significantly decreased. read more

This was the worst manicure I have ever received! First of all, the fumes in this place are overwhelming! There is no ventilation system and after 10 minutes, I had a massive headache. The manicurist left my nails uneven with pieces of dead skin still pertruding out from under my nails, which I had to point out to her after she said "all done". I came from out of town to visit my mom for over a month so I had to get my nails done. Mom came with and we got pedicures together. The pedicure was aweful! My nails weren't clipped or cleaned well and were bothering me the very next day. I did it myself and relieved the pain. Within a week, I had to do my own callus remover because there's was a joke. Mom wasn't happy with hers either. She had been going to this place for a while and said she didn't recognize most of the people... looks like there's a change in employees and it's not for the better. Okay so i dont do this often, going to a nails salon i mean. But for valentines day, my wife made a couple appointment for us since she figured i had to try it out. I admit i did felt awkward when i walked in being that i was not used to doing this. I opted to try the "deluxe pedicure" since I was very tense and wanted something relaxing. It was very nice to soak my feet in the warm water and massage chair. I was getting the hang of it and told myself i could get used to it. They did an orange sea salt scrub, a blue minty smelling scrub, a smooth marine mask, rock massage, candle wax, and a calluos treatment. The. Whole thing took a little more than an hour but it was so nice. I felt it.was.worth the money and can understand why my wife's always here. I walked put feeling really good. This review is for.all the men out there that feels iffy about going to the nail salon. Definitely try the.deluxe pedi. Its a really nice date with your sig other. read more
