Horrible customer experience. Was scammed by Libby of Pro fit. She is a sub. contractor and stocks no products. Hence shipping times are 8 plus weeks. Libby is non responsive to emails and calls. Fraudsters. Do yourself a favor and buy from Classic, Legendary, Jegs, Summit, etc. Pro-fit takes your money and sends you stuff that isn't as advertised. I bought seat belts advertised to fit my car that didn't fit my car and they told me to drill them out! Are you kidding? Return refused and refused to cancel my other backordered items. Get Libby mad and she starts sending emails in all caps. And make sure to do all your communication in emails so you can prove it all when you do a credit dispute. read more

I ordered an interior for my 1964 Galaxie. The seat covers and door panels were just like the original and the colors matched perfectly. They were well worth the wait! The staff was very helpful in explaining the product and in providing updates on lead times when I called in. You can't go wrong with these guys for quality classic car parts! Great job. read more

I would go elsewhere if at all possible. It took 3 months to ship the seat upholstery I ordered but I knew it would take a long time. The covers fit the seats well and looked good but my installer said some stitching was applied backwards on the front bucket seats. Pro-Fit's return policy states if the buyer finds anything wrong with them they must be returned. I couldn't tell there was anything wrong with them. These were being installed at the end of the season, before the car was to be stored for the winter so I didn't have the time to return them -- who knows how long that would have taken -- and I was about to go on an extended trip. The installer said they could fix the error so I went ahead and had them do it -- and it looked fine -- but they charged an additional fee. Pro-Fit said they would contact the manufacturer to see if a price adjustment could be made but they "weren't optimistic". I never heard from Pro-Fit again. Their return/adjustment policy is overly restrictive and the rep from Pro-Fit said she couldn't see what was wrong with them based on the photo my installer provided so basically I didn't have any options. They were expensive considering they made the error in stitching. It sounds like they NEVER give refunds of any kind based on my experience and a good indicator of this is the "Refunds" link on their website goes nowhere! read more

June 5, 2019: Friendly and helpful people, but I ordered in Mid February 2019 and its June 5, 2019 and I don't have anything yet. July 8, 2019: I received 1 seat foam kit. I ordered 2. Still waiting for follow up contact from Pro/Fit on the balance of a $1600+ order made Feb 15, 2019. HELP!!!! Sept 4, 2019: Another seat foam kit arrived as did the carpet! WHO HOO I'm excited!!!!!! I'm STILL WAITING FOR; FRONT SEAT COVERS, REAR SEAT COVERS HEADLINER, LEFT & RIGHT DOOR PANELS, LEFT AND RIGHT REAR SEAT TRIM PANELS! My 7 month anniversary is coming up! Should I send them flowers or a CANCELLATION NOTICE? I think I'm getting a box of nuthin'!! Oh how wonderful it would be if I could be like Vince or Eric or Chloe or Keith or Brad! They received their orders quickly. I wonder what quickly is like. It sounds like it would be soon after something happened. Like if I ordered something and it arrived in say 3 months. Some might call that quickly. A few weeks; that would be quickly. 7 MONTHS; I think this would be NOT QUICKLY!!!! I've spoken with Libby and Rick and Shelby and Lindsie. I'll bet if I ordered from Ecklers I would be sitting on fresh looking seat covers and looking at nice new door panels! The new instrument panel pad and cluster eye-brow I purchased from Ecklers arrived quickly. Maybe I'll update my review on their website to let others now what a complete order feels like and how happy customers are when their orders arrive quickly. read more

This company is a scam, worst customer service ever, we placed and order on January 17, 2019 for the seat covers, sun visors and trunk mat for a 1974 Ford Torino, they said 4 weeks on production, after the 4th week I called them to check status , they said another week, I called several more times and they still didn't know the status, they said that will call back and never did, after almost 3 months waiting we decided to cancel the order and I am still waiting for the refund. I ordered new rear seat covers for my 1966 Fairlane GT in Oct. 2018. The website says it could take 4-6 weeks time. It has now been about 17 weeks. After every call or email they say it will ship next week. The past few weeks I have been asking for a refund but have not received one. I would suggest ordering from another supplier. It may cost you a few more $ but it will be worth it. read more

If my rating could be lower than 1 star, I'd do it. I ordered a set of seat upholstery covers for a 1973 AMX that I'm restoring. I get it, that this might take a little bit longer than a set for a Camaro or Mustang... I was told 8-12 weeks. Okay I could live with that. I call on week (14) and ask about them, I was told "let me check with the shop and I'll call you back with an update, they're really busy!". Great!...Never heard a word. So I call again and again and again and again and again for the next (7) weeks....always the same answer. THEY NEVER CALL YOU BACK. After (21) weeks, I've had enough, asked for a refund... "our accounting person is out until Monday" ...lets see how long it takes to refund my money that they've had since last year... If they are trying to put themselves out of business, they're on the right track.. read more

To give this company a 1 star rating would be too generous. As customers we put our trust in merchants to do "the right thing by us" . If something is in stock we expect to get it timely. If something is backordered we want to know so we can access to do business with this company, or move on to another. Pro Fit auto interiors doesn't seem to have that same view when it comes to their customers. Once they have been paid, not returning calls or emails is how they do business ( at least with me and many others )Check out all google reviews and other review sites including the Better Business Bureau of Oxford Alabama. Make a wise choice and save yourself the grief that many of us have encountered. This is a small company so there is no excuse for horrible customer service. I ordered a vinyl top on Sept. 5, 2015 and now on Oct. 6, 2015 I am being told that it will ship on Friday. Frankly I doubt this very much. They have not been returning phone calls or emails and then when I did speak with them the person was rude. I was told that this is the normal lead time. Maybe for them, but not for anyone else I have done business with, and if there was a delay for some reason then I would normally get a call or an email with an explanation. BTW this is the first time I have written a bad review on someone. I am usually the guy that writes a good review about great service. Ordered and was charged for a complete interior package in April was told I would receive in 4-6 weeks time. Ordered interior from a specific manufacturer. After repeated calls (unanswered) and emails (unanswered) finally made contact in September received some items few weeks later. NOT what I ordered and some parts were not what I specified on the invoice. In fact, the order was placed from Ecklers. I could have done that months ago but because this company is a dealer for the products I wanted I used them. Stay away!!! Buyer Beware!!! This company does not deliver when they say or what you order. This is a horrible way to treat customers and do business. Stay away!!! read more

I ordered the interior for my 1964 Ford Fairlane Sports Coupe from the owner Libby Cheeks at Pro/Fit on August 18th, 2017. At the time I ordered the parts Libby said I would have the parts within two to three weeks. From receipts received from Pro/Fit's suppliers, I discovered Cheeks hadn't ordered the bulk of my interior from her supplier for TEN WEEKS after I ordered it from her. When asked about it, every excuse was given. Overall from order date to final delivery of the last parts received was 3 1/2 months. Most of the time I was unable to get a response from Libby. Without a doubt the worst experience I have ever had from any company. I definitely would NOT RECOMMEND this company to anyone. It's very obvious that Pro/Fit takes orders and then sits on them until they get other orders to pay for the earlier orders. They rob Peter to pay Paul on all of their orders. They use your money for two to three months and just leave you hanging. There is no doubt in my mind that the five star rating reviews you can read about Pro/Fit are all self generated. By their demonstrated behavior Pro/Fit is all about screwing you by their extremely unethical business practices. Save yourself alot of aggrevation and time and steer clear of Pro/fit Auto Interiors. read more
