The Production Control Manager, Kristen, texted and emailed me saying that the replacing glass, type 5527, is "closer match" to my old glass. It turns out that ACME installed the glass with yellow tint. It is not even close to my old clear glass. Kristen tried to give non-sense explanations such as reflection of blue sky, reflection of the brown brick. Below is the photo of my window with the new glass installed by ACME on the top portion. The bottom portion has the original clear glass. It's clearly that new glass is not any close to the orig glass. ACME did not tell me the new glass is this yellowish.
