I was able to track his location on the way to me, so I knew exactly when he would be at my house. I was able to pay and add a tip using the same system, which made it so easy. My car looks so nice! I don't think her rims have ever looked so good. The interior is spotless. I do a lot of hiking and kayaking, so you can imagine the amount of sand/dirt that was in the carpets. David got it all! And this was only their standard detailing. The cherry on top is that I didn't have to go anywhere, he came to me. He even spent 10 extra minutes making sure he got everything, instead of stopping at his proposed end time. It speaks to his excellent customer service. I look forward to seeing what he can do for my husbands car. He has tan interiors and the center console is bad, so we will be scheduling with David for a deeper clean. P.S. Not my favorite car wash…read more First of all, the traffic pattern is a nightmare. When you pull in to the lot from the road, you are often times gridlocked between people leaving the car wash/the line to the car wash/people attempting to leave the lot. It's a terrible layout. I hate to say it, but I wish the employees were a little less pushy trying to sell their car wash packages. If a "no" is given, boundaries should be respected. Customers shouldn't need to explain themselves as to why they don't want a membership. It's boundary-crossing and uncomfortable. I only come here when I'm on my way to Santee. The car wash itself is fine and gets the job done.

The car was finished remarkably fast, after looking at it I knew why. There was still bird crap on the car, and other road stains they did not even bother to try to remove. I definitely do not recommend going here. Incidentally, the city of Santee sent out a notice that this place is going to be removed for a new Shell gas station and car wash. I should've waited. The guys did the inside and outside of my car thoroughly, both more cheaply and more quickly than any other hand wash shop I've been to. The guy running the place said he took over for his uncle two months ago, and made a lot of changes. I can only assume the low ratings came from then. My experience was absolutely fantastic.
