I dropped it off when they opened and received the call at 11:54, that my vehicle was ready; honestly, I did not have a high expectations. Dear Reader, I am so thankful I brought my vehicle there; my technician (Manuel?) did an amazing job of cleaning the dirty visors that had years old stains. He couldn't do much about the stained seatbelt (inherited stains, tyvm!) in the back, but he did what he could, and it still turned out impressively clean, not pristine -- but cleaner than it was. I am very happy with the results! A pearl of wisdom: be mindful of the day and time you're considering. I dropped it off on Tuesday, so the car wash was not crazy busy as usual it is. I think it enabled my technician to really take his time and pay attention to detail, so keep that in mind should you decide to go with them. I have no regrets -- thank you so much! On this third visit, the person taking asking me what I would like to have done right away telling me that my truck was too big. I told him that I've been here two times and have never been told it was too big and didn't have any issues. He insisted that it would cause damage and was advising me to have a hand wash done instead but it would cost me $60. I don't want to continue to go back and forth with him so o agreed. I should have double checked before I left because once I got him I noticed that parts of the truck were completely missed and not even washed. (Picture below of driver side mirror). All in all, I paid $70 including my $10 tip. Next time I'm opting out of the hand wash.

The good news is that you don't have a "5 minute countdown" like some do. That's annoying.
