Recently, I received a coupon for a Free Super Protect Wash ($25 value). I wasn't going to pass up on such a great offer. So, I headed on down! Unfortunately, my vehicle stopped halfway through the rinse for about 10 seconds, then proceeded to exit (with soap all over my vehicle). When I pulled into an available space to vacuum, there were NO CLEAN towels! As a matter of fact, this is not the first time this has happened (seems to be a recurring thing where people are scrambling to look for clean towels). I also noticed that one of my tires needed air, so I went to grab the compressed air hose and noticed there was NO AIR flow. Again, this is not the first time this has happened. When I notified the staff members, they said they had to turn off the air because air was seeping out from one of the nozzles. Surprisingly, they were not aware of a date or time when maintenance might get around to the issue! Sadly! And lastly, it's 50-50 if the vacuums are fully functional (seems like only a few select vacuums have full suction). I just think, if you're a month-to-month member, it's only right that you get good quality washes and are able to have fully accessible amenities like vacuums, clean towels, and compressed air for customers! They are unbelievably accommodating, even during times when I am on a strict time crunch and need my car finished by a specific time. They always make it happen without cutting corners.
