We left our Volvo to be serviced (routine maintenance) with these guys. Upon receiving a call that our vehicle was ready, I returned with my wife to pick up our vehicle. Behind me, a gentleman who knew the person helping us spoke to him and engaged him in a conversation. He responded in part: "How's that Range Rover?" The gentleman helping us continued talking to his friend about his daughter attending Emory University and about his son not desiring to live anywhere but Los Angeles. They talked about the Atlanta, Georgia cost of living and their respective politics. This exchange continued the entire time I was in the office with my wife (approximately 10 minutes). The gentleman never looked up from his computer screen and continued to converse with his friend the entire time we waited. He briefly looked up and asked "You've got the Volvo. Sound about right?" I affirmed that it was ours. He continued in his discussion with his friend. I promptly paid for the work and we left. I am a U.S. Marine Corps veteran. My wife and I are senior citizens and civil service retirees. We know dismissive and disrespectful when we see it. My advice to customers: If you can afford it, go elsewhere. No need to be treated disrespectfully by these guys as you pay them for their lifestyle. read more

I came to ask for breaks. I got a full blown car replacement quote. I hate sales people. I was wondering why he was taking forever to just give me a price for breaks. Talking to me, humanizing himself before hitting me with a $780 quote for a college student just looking to get his breaks done. So upset because he wasted my time. Couldn't just do what i asked like a normal person. Maybe he thought i was dumb, and was like "your rotors this, your breaks that" Like i didn't ask you for this. I want breaks and thats it. What really stands out about this group is their professionalism, honesty, desire to do what is in their customer's best interest, patience and price. I bought my car from them after receiving a recommendation from my brother. He shopped around and felt there was no comparison between the others and the guys at Pro Car Buyers. Let me paint a picture for you on their level of service and honesty. After speaking with them about my job, which requires quite a bit of driving, and my personal needs, I settled on a used car on their lot. I showed up with a check, intent to buy that car. Ethan, one of the co-owners, would not allow me to buy the car because, based on my needs, he did not feel the car would be reliable over the long-term. Two weeks later, he had an even better car waiting for me. Can you imagine such a thing at a used car dealership? Since then, I have used them for service and have always been pleased with the prices and service. They always take the time to educate me on what exactly is wrong and they always advise me in a way that takes my needs into account. NOTE: most of their reviews are fake... Returned the next day at 12PM appointment time. I had my girlfriend call in before going in this time to make sure they had us down this time. When she arrived, they told her that the oil filter for the change wouldn't arrive until 1PM (an hour from appointment time)... Furthermore, we were quoted a two hour wait time for all the services. TWO HOURS for an oil change, quick inspection and car wash? I have never waited that long (I go to South Bay Ford and they do it in about an hour and am given all paperwork that actually shows the inspections). I don't even think they did an inspection because we didn't receive any documentation telling us what, if anything, was wrong with the car. So 2 visits, and 2 hours later is what you should expect when coming here for an oil change. Contacted by management... here is the exchange (this is from the manager Hatim O. who FUNNY THING, left a 5 star review on this place too!) "its the filter not the oil , a lot of customer that call and make an appointments and never show up so we don't order the filter unless the customer is here, if I do and customers don't show I end up with a warehouse full of filters . " (ok so we showed up the first time and they still didn't order it to be ready for next time?) "that's how long it takes to do all these things and your girlfriend knew when she made the appointment if you don't want the inspection then you will be out of here in 45 other wise we tried to make up to you guys and it seems you guys are hard to please ." (I have been going to Ford Dealership and they do the same process in under an hour. At the end of the 2 hours, we didn't even get documentation on what they inspected or if we need anything done. Honest, straightforward, professional and "non-pushing" sales approach is very attractive that puts customers like me at ease when using this business. Sam and Carlos are very easy to talk to.. just like old friends who will take care of their "friends". FIRST THE GOOD: the repair job was excellent, quick timely manner and management was friendly throughout the process. NOW THE BAD: i took photo of my odometer before i left the shop, and when i got back, i had over 40+ miles recorded on my car. i checked the dashcam later and i found out it was also put on "mute" which i never ever did. i think if they are going to drive my car even for 2 miles, they must let me know. 40 miles? i did not get any call or anything before they decide to drive with it. what if there was an issue i didnt tell them about the car? its just a very uneasy feeling im living with. other than that the repair was good but warn that they will drive your car to take it to their paint shop or whatever. read more

First off these people are full of BS !!!!!!!! my friend took her car in yesterday and they gave her a same day pick up. She went in to get her radiator fixed and an oil change !!!!! mind you they charged her close to $900. She picks it up same day and her car was still over heating and leaking oil fluid ( which it was not leaking oil before she took it to this place ) so she takes it back ( same day ) and she picked it up today 6-16-2016 and it's doing the same thing!!!! but worse .. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!!!! I'm warning you. it's a scammm! All they want to do is take your money, they are not honest and they could care less about if you're able to function, get back and forth to work, take care of business, etc. I'm so upset I could just scream. These guys are amazing: When I bought my BMW550i from Ziad and his guys 2 years ago I was very happy with everything. Now it's happened again. About 2 months ago I noticed that the little light on my shift lever had stopped working. About a month after that I started getting an annoying warning light that said shift lever malfunction. It drove me nuts. I took the car to my mechanic who told me hewasn't sure what the problem was but he was pretty sure that I had to go to the dealor where it would be either $800 for a new shift lever plus $600 more to program the new lever or $8000 for a new gear box. I love this car so I was willing to do whatever it took. on a whim I called Ziad at Pro car He told me he was now in the maintenence business as well as sales to bring it in so his guy could look at it . I did. It took Carlos his partner 5 mins to diagnose the problem( my Park button was sticking) Then his electronics guy took the lever apart found the problem and repaired it in about 30 minutes. I was on my way with a bill for $150 up to now everything is like new again remember no body could even find the problem much less fix it. . I wouldn't go back to this business. I was from out of town and needed a diagnostic test done on my car (on the paperwork, there was no note of the computer code, however, in the computer there was a notation for the computer code). I noticed a sign stating that as an AAA member, there is a 40 point vehicle check for free. The service man stated that they couldn't do that, I then pointed at their sign. Carlos also stated that they could give me a ride back to where I was staying. 45 minutes later I was still waiting for a ride that is about 3 miles away. Irritating. The problem with this place is they are restoring and selling classic cars. There auto repair seems to be a side part of their business. You can't do both efficiently. The check-in service man is multi-tasking, answering phones, talking to other service mechanics and also accepting payment, as you wait for him to check you in. I called 3 times throughout the day to check on the status of my car. I informed them that I wanted my car back by close of business at 6 p.m.. I had dropped my car off about 9:30 a.m. I finally went to their shop at 5:30 p.m. to see what was going on with my car. Due to their inefficiencies, I decided to take my car elsewhere. They do not appear to be very professional. I couldn't agree with Marco L.'s statement, "I felt they did not value my car and my business." SAM is an awesome guy, he is very helpful and will explain in detail the issues with the vehicle, SAM is one honest guy and someone you definitely want to deal with, he will always try to make your experience better.
