I found A-2-Z based on their stellar reviews, and I'm certainly glad that I did. Tim at A-2-Z examined the car in full and noted to me that while the oil leak was a concern, what was far more problematic was that the rear suspension of my car was hanging on by a thread. Long story short, he was able to secure the new part to replace the rusted one I needed at a great price from a junkyard, and he took care of the oil leak (while replacing old spark plugs) at a reasonable price for the parts and labor involved. When I came to pick up the car, he and Mike showed me the trashed part that was replaced on my car. The back end of my car was so rusted that it could have snapped. Now, my car has new life and will keep going safely for another year or two until I'm ready for a new vehicle. If you're in the Royse City area, you can safely trust your vehicle to the staff at A-2-Z. These guys are great!

Since I have a lifetime warranty (on the car), I took it to the local Chrysler dealership here and was told about how backed up they are and how I would have to leave my car and it wouldn't have a diagnostic run on it until January 8th! We are driving back to Arizona on January 2nd. The warranty rep told me that I could bring my car to a certified mechanic, so I called one shop and the person on the phone said that I would have to drop off my car the next morning and that their shop would have to do a diagnostic test of their own (I had taken my car to Auto Zone first and they diagnosed it and it had a bad thermostat) to see if anything else was wrong, and it would cost me $89 dollars. Besides this young man's rudeness, he was very shady. So I called 5150 Garage and I explained to the person who answered the phone my dilemma, and he was very kind and patient and said that he possibly had a thermostat that would fit my Chrysler Town and Country and offered to look at my car the same day. I asked what his name was and he said Lewis and that he was also the owner. So needless to say we took our car to 5150 Garage and Lewis greeted us and checked the thermostat he had and said it was the right one and went ahead and had it installed. My husband and I were so relieved and very impressed with Lewis' professionalism, kindness, honesty and willingness to help out 2 out of towners in need. We highly recommend 5150 Garage in Royse City. As soon as we got to my sister's house I gave my family Lewis' information so they can take their vehicles to 5150 Garage for any future maintenance and any repairs their vehicles may need.

We brought our vehicle there with transmission issues. After us deciding that we would have them rebuild our transmission, they told us it would be 7-10 days. Weeks went by, no communication. They wouldn't answer any calls or texts. Not until we called from a different number did I finally get an answer. Then we started to show up at the shop. We were told EVERY single excuse you can ever hear. Everything from personal health issues, to cash flow issues, to worker issues, to weather issues. My favorite excuse was after 6 weeks when we were told it was repaired and they were going on a test drive, and then it was not working, I was told (by the manager John) that it doesn't help when I am pushing and rushing them to finish a job. So it was my fault. :) After 7 weeks and nothing but excuses we told them to not touch it anymore and we would tow it elsewhere. The 2nd shop we took it to, had it repaired in 5 days. The cherry on top was when the 2nd shop mechanic told us that the transmission was a junk yard transmission, no way it was an original Toyota. (sadly, I can't prove that) John blames the failure of communication on Jarod, the owner. I do no care and I will tell anyone to RUN from that place. Perhaps they are fine on small repairs, but for a transmission shop that supposedly does transmissions they are awful. Communication is non existent, and I will never ever ever go any where near that place again. DO NOT EVER PAY THEM BEFORE A JOB. LESSON LEARNED.

He (the employee Tariq) said that he thought the motor was shot and he could sign over the title instead of giving payment for the work. I told my son that's a red flag. Get your car and go home. For some reason Apple Pay wasn't working when my son tried to pay, so the only way to pay was through Zelle and I I paid Tariq Dibseh directly. He said I'd get an email receipt. I never did. We finally found another mechanic and today We were told that 4 coils needs to be replaced and that fixed the problem. I'm wondering if he even did any work on the car. So obviously this employee rips People off, trying to get cars for practically nothing. Or this company has this method as a practice. Got a $350.00 hard earned money lost and wasted lesson. Do not trust these people!
