They got me in quickly, were great communicators, and worked with my shop from Denver closely to work on the problem. In the end, it was going to take them a few days to get the needed parts, and instead of dragging me along they helped my Denver shop locate a Toyota dealership in Rockwall that had the parts and could do the job more quickly to get me headed home. Very rare that you find any auto repair places that will walk away from money because it is in the client's best interests. Honesty and integrity are obviously a prime focus at Eagle. I called today to check on it and they acknowledged the shoddy work done while with previous owner. This is the FIRST CRITICAL REVIEW I've ever written on ANY business…read more Only 2408 miles driven since this repair that I paid $1200 cash for. The A/C was used no more than 12 hours total after the new compressor was installed. The car has had no accidents of any kind. The compressor that Greg's shop installed (for $1200) just dropped off the engine block when I started the car one day. It was never bolted on like they told me it was. Greg sent a tow truck to pick the car up from my house and when I called later that day to check on my car, I was told that Greg has gone on vacation in Acapulco. My car stayed at that shop for 14 days and whenever I called to ask about my car, it was impossible to get a straight answer to why my a/c compressor would become unbolted. One of the guys that answered my call just said that I need to get a new engine. The next time I called them to say I can have AAA Auto Club tow the car off of Greg's lot.. but the message from Greg (still in Acapulco) was: "pay the fee for the tow truck Greg sent for $200, and then I could have my car". By this time I was beyond frustrated. Then I asked if they could put a smaller drive belt on and bypass the compressor. Greg got back from Acapulco and they called me with an estimate to put on a smaller belt and bypass the compressor.. $746.68 !!! I declined. I scheduled a AAA tow truck to meet me over at Greg's shop and he was still refusing to give me my car keys unless I paid him $200. Then he had a quick change of heart after I told him I would call police. At that point Greg had a childish, name-calling tantrum. Never in my life saw a grown man have such a pathetic tantrum. BE AWARE that Collinsworth Car Care is just like so many others; They'll happily take your money without doing an honest repair or giving an honest explanation. The shop I had my car towed to did the bypass belt install perfectly for a tiny fraction of what greedy Greg wanted.

I recently took my 2010 Mercury Milan to Tim at A-2-Z Cars and Trucks after a mobile mechanic…read morevisited my house and couldn't resolve an oil leak without a lift, particularly because my car's frame is rusted from years of northern winters. I found A-2-Z based on their stellar reviews, and I'm certainly glad that I did. Tim at A-2-Z examined the car in full and noted to me that while the oil leak was a concern, what was far more problematic was that the rear suspension of my car was hanging on by a thread. Long story short, he was able to secure the new part to replace the rusted one I needed at a great price from a junkyard, and he took care of the oil leak (while replacing old spark plugs) at a reasonable price for the parts and labor involved. When I came to pick up the car, he and Mike showed me the trashed part that was replaced on my car. The back end of my car was so rusted that it could have snapped. Now, my car has new life and will keep going safely for another year or two until I'm ready for a new vehicle. If you're in the Royse City area, you can safely trust your vehicle to the staff at A-2-Z. These guys are great!

2002 Lexus LS 400…read more Sewell Lexus quoted me 17,500 for what needed to be done. This would mean junking this wonderful car since it is worth maybe 6000 at most. I'm not going to reveal Mike's prices, but suffice to say they were so good and the quality of work was so good! Now our car is as smooth as butter and good for many, many more years of service. We gave a substantial tip to this shop. Never done that before! The owner is 100% honest and communicates very well. Just unbelievable level of care and service that exceeded all other shops that I've ever used and that includes Sewell Lexus. I trust Mike with any car I own, new or used. I believe you cannot find a better mechanic at any price, and Mike's prices are very, very reasonable. He is my new #1 for life.
