Needed a radiator on a Saturday, which is not the best time to find a mechanic shop. Was quoted $590 which was high, but didn't have a choice. Ended up having to pay $690. When I asked why the change, I was told that it was a deal since they weren't charging me labor for the radiator hose install. Just want to ask everyone how can you replace a radiator and not include installing the radiator hoses. I guess they thought I would figure that out. Was really hoping to find a reputable mechanic, but ended up finding someone I would never go to again. read more

Came here with high hopes that I found a good 'ol trusty mechanic. I'm super disappointed!!! I called a few days prior to taking my car in and the person I spoke with quoted me $89 for an oil change. I have a 2021 Lexus and about $89 is what the dealership charges so I took my car in. Miguel was super friendly. He said it'd take about an hour for an oil change. When I picked up my car, he topped all my fluids and filled air in my tires, but charged me $119!!! For an oil change!!!! Mind you, he didn't rotate my tires or anything. $119 is almost DOUBLE what other places charge. Save your $$ and find somewhere where they do not take advantage of you and are honest with their prices. read more

I've been taking my 89 pickup here about 2 years and this past go around they left me in awe! Went in for a loud belt whine and a radiator leak. They fixed it up along with tightening up and repairing some other not so urgent issues it had. The truck never felt so smooth and glad I have a shop that I can TRUST near me. Pro Auto is going down hill. Not happy I had to fork out lots of money just to find out he didn't know what was wrong with my car. I still don't like the idea he gives prices on the fly. Place might be good for an oil change, maybe. If you are reading this: Get at least three other estimates on pricey jobs. Don't get comfortable with any mechanic, I did and I lost. My Lexus 450RX was sounding funny and there was something leaking onto the driveway. Long story short a super important belt had broken and my engine was almost out of all fluids. I just went into this place. My 2008 tundra was making a loud noise from the front left wheel. I thought it was something serious because it was getting worse over the last week. To make a long story short the Toyota dealer recently replaced my brakes and they forgot to tighten the lug nuts, the wheel was ready to fall off. Miguel tightened all lug nuts on all 4 wheels and did not charge me a penny. Pro Auto will get all my future car repair needs for both my Tundra and Prius. He made himself available to drive me to the car rental site and waited to be sure that I was able to get a car replacement before leaving me there and he offered to pick me up when I returned the car four days later. I appreciated that. The auto shop, though many years in business, was clean and comfortable. I was impressed that their wifi information was on the bulletin board for easy availability to anyone who needed it for their devices. Smart move! Battery light came on in my car while driving and I needed a shop, fast. This place is a 5 minute walk from my place so I decided to have them look at it. I've had issues with my alternator on different vehicles before and I knew that's what the problem was. Miguel and his crew looked at it and confirmed my suspicion. The work was done within a few hours and I had my car back. Unfortunately, the new alternator was defective and it ended up failing the same day.
