He handled a full timing belt service--including the timing belt, water pump, and all components in the timing belt kit--with precision and care. Throughout the process, Matt provided clear and helpful recommendations for ongoing maintenance, never tried to upsell me on anything unnecessary, and consistently demonstrated honesty and integrity. What truly set him apart, though, was his customer service.
