This place was recommended to me by my AAA guy. Great reviews too so I was hopeful I would have a similar experience-- and I certainly did! Although Joe took a couple days to get to my car it was worth the wait as he did a thorough job diagnosing two issues -- even fixing one of them during the diagnostic time. He spent a great deal of time both on the phone and then in person at pick up with me and my son explaining what he felt the issues were. Realistic recommendations with fair pricing but more importantly he didn't try to upsell or create a sense of urgency for something that we all knew wasn't yet at that point. Which is what most other auto shops fail to realize -- how much this pisses off potential customers more than anything. Joe offers a more "traditional" approach to car repair in terms of his relationship with his customers so for that alone I would return and also highly recommend to others read more

The name says it all. Good honest mechanics are hard to find. Communication between Joe and I was on point. I always felt informed during the repair. There was no upsale for unnecessary work. The repair was a fair price. Thank you Joe for the work you did. You repaired the electrical problem I couldn't figure out. read more

My family has been taking our cars to Integrity Automotive for years and have always had great service!!!

Joe at Integrity Automotive has officially become our mechanic. I initially took our car to him in 2024 after Ford had the car for close to a month and the car was still not running right. We took the car to Integrity after I was so frustrated with Ford and in a day he fixed it. We took the car back this week believing fully it needed new breaks because of the sound it was making when we applied the breaks. Joe told us the breaks didn't need to be replaced, all it needed was to have some bolts on the breaks replaced. He really lives up to the name of his business. We will never go to another mechanic. read more

We've been bringing our family's five cars here for about seven years, and Joe has never let us down. Whether it's an engine light, regular maintenance, or replacing parts on older vehicles, they explain everything clearly and never push unnecessary work. What really stands out is their honesty, we've gotten quotes elsewhere and this shop has saved us a significant amount of money while still doing great work. It's rare to find a mechanic this trustworthy, especially in this day and age. We won't go anywhere else. read more

I was searching for a trusted auto repair shop on Yelp a few years ago. I decided to give Integrity Automotive a shot. I have have had my Highlander worked on a few times at Integrity and I am glad I found this shop. Joe and his team live up to the name of the shop. I will not take my vehicle anywhere else for repairs. I just had my CV Axle repaired this past weekend and I am happy to be able to trust that the work was done correctly and at a fair price. read more

I love any kind of business like this where the people talk to you not like a customer but like a person they're trying to help. Joe and his wife were lovely people who were very communicative about my cars issues and the time it would be ready (which was incredibly fast) and the quote for the issues was a very reasonable if not inexpensive price. Praying this man is booked forever but if you're looking for good honest work this is the place. read more

Recently, my opinion of I.A. has changed. I acknowledge that most customers are very satisfied with their repairs, but I must be one of the unlucky few. 23K miles after they replaced my driver's side strut, I started noticing rattling, knocking, and later squeaking sounds, coming from the front driver's side of my car. I took it to Pep Boys, which recommended a lot of things be replaced, including the lower control arms, struts, and front axles. The mechanic even identified the whining noise as being the power steering pump, although I hadn't mentioned it to them. Sure, the report exaggerated the severity of several things, but over the next several weeks, I came to see it was pretty much spot-on. My dad and I replaced the lower control arms and driver's side axle ourselves. The abnormal sounds, along with ride bumpiness, were still present and becoming worse, so we guessed that the driver's side strut needed to be replaced. I called I.A. to check whether it might still be under warranty. Joe said that KYB would warranty the strut itself only if that was indeed the problem. Then he challenged, "What if the problem is actually something else, like the sway bar, the ball joint, [etc.]?" Not sure if that was a rhetorical question, I paused for a second and replied, "You're asking me?" He said, "Yeah." I said, "Yeah, what about them?" To me, it was obvious that if those parts were the problem, they wouldn't be under warranty and I would have to pay to replace those, as well. I don't know if that was what Joe wanted me to say. He said I would have to book ahead of time because they were down one mechanic, who moved to Texas. At first, I was going to bring my car back to them, but then, decided against it because it wouldn't have made sense for me to spend $150/hour (the current labor rate) just to see whether a $200 strut fell under warranty. I asked if I could get a warranty refund if I just brought the old KYB strut to them after removing it ourselves. Joe explained that KYB's warranty would be for a replacement strut and that he would be happy to take care of that for me. My dad bought new strut assemblies for both sides, and we replaced them. That finally resolved the suspension problems with my car. When I brought the old strut to I.A., Joe asked if I was going to remove the coil spring for them. (Earlier, he had not mentioned that I was supposed to.) I asked if he could do it. He said he could for a minimal fee of around $40. Then I said, "Never mind," because I didn't want to pay any more money just to get a new strut. Joe smiled and said he would do it for free, complaining, "I can't win. I'm always losing money." I thought it funny how he thought that he was the one losing money when my mom paid him almost $600, plus a $20 tip, to replace my old strut assembly with one that didn't even last me 25K miles. Removing the coil spring for free was the least he could have done. Then, I offered to have my dad remove the coil spring since Joe made it seem burdensome. He asked me if my dad had the tools to do it without injuring himself, and I said he might. Joe said no, that was okay and that he would have the new KYB strut ready for me in a couple days. Two days later, I called I.A. to check if the new strut was there, but Joe said it wasn't. The following week, he called me back, saying it was ready for pickup. I thanked him and asked if it was okay if I picked it up the next Saturday that I.A. would be open because it was inconvenient for me to drive there on a weekday. Joe asked if someone else could pick it up for me. I said that I could ask my parents, but I rather not inconvenience them. Joe complained, "So you'd rather inconvenience me, instead. It's kind of in the way, but I can put it aside and attach some kind of note to it, so that hopefully, somebody else won't throw it away." Since Joe had that kind of attitude, I asked my dad to pick it up, and he did. Clearly, Joe is having difficulty dealing with his stressors. Even though my dad and I saved him time and energy by replacing the struts ourselves this time, Joe still saw me as an annoyance simply because I asked him for a good strut, which is what my mom paid him for in the first place. I am certain that Joe's stress and worries have consumed him to the point that all he can see is his own hardship. I know that he is a religious man because he took one extra day off work for Easter. Please join me in praying for our brother Joe to 1) realize his need for God, 2) cast all of his worries on Him, 3) get counseling in proper stress management, 4) respect others more, and 5) recruit a good mechanic and service advisor. Thank you. I learned that if you're going to replace most of the components of a strut assembly, you might as well buy a preassembled full strut assembly that includes a new coil spring. That way, you don't need a coil spring compressor, and it is fairly easy to install by yourself. It saves time and money and is safer, too. read more

I had a great experience with Integrity Automotive. I took my wife's Toyota Rav 4 for a break inspection and after inspecting the vehicle Joe informed me that the breaks were still in good shape. Joe was honest and upfront with me. So when it was time for an oil change for my car I knew who was going to get my business. I took my car to Integrity Automotive and once again I had a great experience. Joe also let me know I needed an air filter and needed to replace a belt which I knew needed changing so I didn't hesitate to have them replace the two items. I won't hesitate to take our vehicles back to Integrity Automotive for future repairs. I highly recommend Integrity Automotive. read more

Pros: -scheduling -customer care -close to where I live - okay review of repair diagnostics Cons: - labor charges were really expensive and did not match what was disclosed initially as a quote - arrived on time to appointment but others were seen and taken care of first, unprofessional - auto work was said to be done by 1pm, but I didn't get my car until after closing. - owner seemed a bit rude, maybe stressed bc one of his mechanics called out sick? (Giving him the benefit of the doubt :P) Overall: - way too expensive for minimal work done to my car, especially in labor charges. - other reviews says he's done more work for less pricing.. read more

I would like to say this place deserves the name Integrity Automotive. My only complaint is I wish they were closer to me. My regular mechanic is close in whittier for regular maintence. But when I had and electrical problem all 4 power windows quit at once on my ford fx4 my guy was like it could cost a 1000.00 I remembered Integrity fixed my son's toyota electrical problems for a great price. So I made the drive expecting 1000.00 When I gave them the problem I was given and estimate of 240.00 . But I was told it would be for 1 1/2 hours of labor to find the problem. If they fixed it sooner it would be less??? Out the door 231.00 that's unreal. While I was waiting a man came in said his car died at the service station next door. Joe asked some questions now he had 12 cars to be repaired !! He left his bussiness to help a man in need got the car to his shop. The man said how much do I owe . Joe said nothing I haven't fixed it yet. Wow if that is not Integrity what is. read more

My wife and I have been going to Joe with our cars for over 20 years now. Him and his wife Susie are so kind and we trust them with our cars. Went in for a brake job. Spoke to Joe... great guy easy to speak too. He explained the entire job how long it would take and gave me a honest estimate. Highly, highly recommend this business if you need auto repair. Joe certainly puts integrity (as the name implies) into his work. Took my daughter's 2014 VW Jetta in to diagnose a very frustrating oil leak. It was getting worse and making a mess of the car and my driveway. I suspected it was originating from the oil cooler area. He found the leak, and was able to fix it right away. He also was able to replace the serpentine belt as well. The value of the service, labor included, was impressive. Integrity Automotive has earned my trust and respect. I'm a very happy customer. read more

I can totally see why integrity has 5 starts on yelp! Joe and his team go above and beyond. Not only did they go a quick, thorough, and efficient job on my car but Joe also called me several times to keep me Informed. Not to mention a few days after they sent me a thank you card! Integrity Automotive - Top star service - Auto Repair Near Me - La Habra, California

Great service. Glad to find an honest shop who knows what they are doing. The dealership quoted me twice as much for services that I suspected weren't necessary. Integrity Automotive not only confirmed that some of the services recommended by the dealership weren't necessary, but they also found a larger problem that had been completely missed by the dealership. Even with that additional service it was cheaper than the cost of what the dealership suggested for unnecessary services. read more

I have used Yelp on a few occasions to find a reputable service when I have been in need. I found an electrician, washing machine repair service and now an automobile service that I can trust. I first took my vehicle to a local dealership where I was quoted over $350 for a transmission service. I got a quote from a second dealership where I was quoted approximately $200 for the same service. Using Yelp, I found Integrity auto in La Habra. I was quoted a price, the work was done quickly, and without any upselling or additional costs. I was treated with respect and listened to as I explained what I needed done. I applaud this small business for not taking advantage of people. Both Joe and his wife are extremely professional. Thank you for making me feel welcome and doing a wonderful job on my car. Honest.. Efficient.. Great Customer Service My husband's Toyota car air conditioner was not working. We needed to get it fixed asap because it was summer and it's extremely hot. I went on Yelp and saw Integrity Automotive. We decided to give it a try since it was our day off and it was close by. He called and Susie answered. He was immediately able to book for that morning. Joe was honest and clearly explained in great detail what needed to be done. My husband was very happy. When he got there to drop his car off, he saw how busy they were and knew that it was a good decision to take the car there. The shop lives up to its name.. they will not upsell or add any extra work if it's not needed. The price was just right with no extra frills. I'm running out of positive adjectives to describe Integrity. I'm not someone who trusts quickly, so the fact that I trust their honesty, integrity ( yeah, I said it), work, prices, and everything else about them speaks volumes. I recently had some work done and a week or so later, I noticed something that might have been related to that repair. I called and spoke to Joe. The first thing he said was that, if it had anything to do with their repair, it was covered; no charge. He also advised me that the possibility existed that it was something else. The final verdict was that they had been given an incorrect part. The correct part cost $24 more, so that's all I had to pay; no labor, even though, I'm guessing, it probably took them 2 hours to do the work!!! See why I go here!!!!???? read more

So glad I listened to all the great reviews on Yelp! I saved about $400 getting my AC condenser replaced here. Joe took the time to thoroughly explain everything to me in plain English. The result is my AC is still ice cold almost a year later! Pardon my procrastination, but I almost mever write reviews. This one is for an AC service on my 2015 Hyundai Accent last July. I lucked out, as at that time, they were open only the first Saturday of every month, and weekends are the only convenient time for me, when my AC started blowing warm air just as the SoCal summer started to really heat up! A plus is the AMAZING library of books in their waiting room!! read more

This place truly lives up to their name. The owners are very kind and will never over charge you or pretend something is wrong with you're car that isn't. My husband was out of town on a work trip when my car started making a loud squealing noise. I generally don't like taking the car in to a workshop as I feel like most workshops see a woman and overcharge her. Which is exactly what happened when I took my car in to the first workshop I went to. They stated 3 things were wrong with my car and quoted me close to $1500. A friend recommended I take my car in to Integrity for a second quote. Sure enough they checked the car out, stated there was only one thing that was broken and causing the squealing noise and also recommended I change the spark plugs. They had my car ready at the close of the business day and charged me only $500. So yes, if any of you women are in a bind, and need a trusted workshop to take you're car to and won't price gouge you just because you're a woman, this is the shop you want to go to!!!! read more

Once again Joe and Susie came to my self and sister's rescue with our cars! There is NEVER a question whom to call!!!

We had been putting off going to our previous mechanic on Leffingwell because it always was super unpleasant due to his rude attitude, inconvenient hours and left us with the vague feeling we were being overcharged and underfixed. Since we put it off for so long we had a laundry list of minor issues for our Dodge Durango: a check engine light, right front bulb out, needed an oil change and had some clattering in the AC. Finally, I said this is ridiculous it shouldn't be so unpleasant to get the car fixed, and I turned to Yelp to find a new mechanic, and stumbled on Integrity Automotive. Wow, the reviews are right this place is everything you could want in a mechanic. First, the customer service is amazing. The owner and his wife are polite, friendly and explain everything in a clear way. They treat you like people, and not just a number. Second, the mechanics are so knowledgeable, fast and don't do unnecessary work. They explain everything and let you make a decision. Third, the prices are competitive. Came in a second time for a different issue, and again, we had the same amazing customer service. We are so happy we finally found our mechanics for life. No more putting off car maintenance. read more
