Came in the shop because I wanted to upgrade and replace my stock rotors to drilled and slotted! Turns out they specialize not only in oil changes but brakes, suspension, and a lot of of other works. If I could give this Auto Service shop 0 stars I would!!! Please don't ever take your car there, instead of fixing it they create more problems. And to top it off they don't take any responsibility. Had my car serviced and the guys forgot to properly bolt down my splash shield. It came loose and asked to have it replaced or to install a new one since it was their fault and did not want to take responsibility. The owner is young and still has a lot to figure out and learn. He tried telling me my shield doesn't extend all the way back but I have pictures where it does. Had my BMW oil changed in the morning, everything went great, in the afternoon started driving to LAX to pick up wife from a 15 hour flight, the engine started misfiring, I happened to drive past the place on La Habra so I pulled in. After hearing my problem, the young owner Joey quickly diagnosed the issue, went out of his way to figure out a number of quick solutions, installed a new ignition coil and got me on my way in less then 30 minutes and he only charged me $20 for labor! Yeah, no. Came to get my oil changed again, and the old owners/workers were back. To make it a short story: I was being charged $43 for a regular oil change, so I complained. The worker was like, "oh you just wanted the oil and filter? that will be $33." Soo... what were those other $10 going to get me?!? Getting an oil change has been on top of my to-do list for quite some time, but with prior commitments, finding the time is always a challenge. I decided to carve out some time to take care of it on my way to Knott's Berry Farm. I have a go-to spot, but being a bit of a drive I decided to check out a new spot. I found Lube Express Plus on Google Maps and decided to read the reviews on Yelp. Recent reviews were great so I thought I would stop by before heading to my destination. When I pulled up I noticed the place is under new management and that already gave me the impression the service would be good. I was instantly greeted by the two workers and although they were incredibly busy, I was in and out surprisingly fast. Not only was the service great, but the location was easily accessible, clean, and not a far drive to my destination. I had the full synthetic oil change and have zero complaints about my experience. George and JJ are great and would recommend anyone looking for an oil change to check this spot out. I live in Aliso Viejo, but will definitely be back since I routinely frequent nearby locations. i had oil change on 08/14/2019 6pm. a owner finished oil change in 20 minutes. a owner cheat on customer. he did not change oil filter. i picked up the oil filter and it was cold. but he said its been cool already in 15 minutes. i did oil change by myself many times before. plus i drove from my work to lube express 25 minutes. oil filter will not cool in 15 minutes after he replace. how can owner cheat customers for just few dollars ?? i will put claim to headquarter of lube express and continue write review for this place. please do not go to this place. a owner will cheat every customers for extra dollars. read more

An hour later, i backed my vehicle out of the bay and drove down the street to a chain lube place, and watching the oil drain within 5 mins of being here. I came to this location 3 months ago on a whim and was greeted by a guy who turned out to be the owner. He was working by himself that day and was busy, but still acknowledged me and kept me updated as the wait time improved. My oil change took a little longer than expected, but this guy's positive attitude and dedication to customer satisfaction, and my desire to support small business made me want to make this my go to oil change spot. Went in today and was approached by a guy who made it seem like i interrupted his conversation. I told him id like a standard oil change, which he responded it'll be a 30 min wait. No problem, I went across the street and got a coffee. 30 mins pass and he had me pull my car into the bay. 15 mins later a truck pulls up in the bay next to me, and was provided a friendlier greeting than i was. Getting tired of sitting in my car, I got out and went to the waiting area. 10 mins later i see oil draining out of the truck that got there AFTER me, and my car untouched except for the hood i popped myself. The final straw was when a woman walked into the work area with a can of booze and proceed down the stairs to the pit. At that point, I decided I didnt want this guy/girl touching my vehicle. This place has potential if the customer service improves, or you keep the booze out during business hours (or at least out of the customers view). Ill return in 3000 miles only if I see the owner working. If someone else, no way in hell ill waste my time again. I wish him good luck and hope he gets a better crew who cares about his busiess as much as he does. read more

This was the most unprofessional oil change station I have ever been to. The person working had his dogs just roaming around without a collar and they keep getting out. I love animals but I don't think it is safe for them to be roaming around costumers and the busy street that the station is on. Also, I asked for the manager special but he said they didn't do it on the weekend yet when I came in this past December on a weekend and they had done it for me. Once I said I would go somewhere else, he said he would agree to the manager's special but once the service was done and I needed to pay he said that because of the type of car I had he had to use a special oil that costs more. But I said he didn't ask me before using it so I would only be paying for the amount agreed. Very unprofessional and I will not be using this disreputable oil change station again. read more
