Very good service and attention to client and I would recommend going here ask for Luis or Tony

Do not trust these people they will steal ur money. Manager is a coke head. They will ask for a deposit to test drive vehicle do not do this! They delete the alerts with a small house mechanic up the street then sell you the car as is. Seen manager and salesman doing coke at parties. read more

WARNING TO ANYONE CONSIDERING BUYING A VEHICLE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP I want to share our experience so that other people can be careful before buying a vehicle here. My husband and I purchased a vehicle from this dealership, and at no point were we given or provided with an inspection of the vehicle. Less than half an hour after purchasing it, the check engine light came on while we were at a gas station near the dealership. The dealership's own mechanic was there. My husband explained what was happening, and the mechanic told us it was only a sensor. We returned to the dealership, and the same mechanic turned off the warning light on the dashboard. We then drove home, which was approximately a three-hour trip. During the drive, the check engine light came back on. A few days later, the vehicle began having even more problems. It constantly overheats because there is a coolant leak in the area where the coolant is added, and when the vehicle overheats, it starts producing smoke. We also discovered that every time it rains, the vehicle gets water inside, and the water reaches the area around the battery. All of these problems appeared shortly after we purchased the vehicle. Considering the number of problems the vehicle developed, we find it very concerning that it was sold to us without these conditions being disclosed. To anyone considering purchasing a vehicle from this dealership, my recommendation is to think very carefully and DO NOT purchase a vehicle without first having it thoroughly inspected by an independent mechanic. Based on our experience, I do not recommend this dealership for purchasing a vehicle. I am sharing this review so that other buyers can be informed and exercise caution before making a decision. read more

Talked to my sales lady and she said with $1000 down I'd be able to get a $300 monthly payment. I drove an hour and a half just for them to raise the price up to $220 bi weekly. And when I backed out of the deal they refused to give the $1000 down payment back. I should hopefully be able to get my money back since they forged my grandmas signature. read more

Purchased a 2017 Jaguar F Pace from the dealer. I am Very pleased with the vehicle. I was accommodated when the original vehicle was not available. Very pleased with the customer service as well as the vehicle that was purchased read more

I originally contacted them about a vehicle I was interested in and I was told to meet at 10am. I drove from 2 hours away just for my salesperson to show up almost an hour late. They then told me the car I was interested in was currently being serviced and told me to test drive a couple other cars. After test driving, I finally chose a 2018 Audi S5 with about 120k miles. Fast forward a month later, my Audi experienced a rocker arm failure which was definitely a pre-existing issue that they didn't warn me about. Now I'm looking at $5k+ in repairs when I still owe $10k on the car! for the love of god please stay away from this place. read more

I Got all the way down here(They Weren't Even Here On Time) and they tell me I can't do anything today much different from what was said through text Which I Could Also Upload. Told Them Days Ago I Had A Check And Insurance Ready they said ok. Now I Get Here It's Something Totally different. I'm furious right now. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!! Unreliable And Untrustworthy Yet Y'all Want To Complete A Damn Deal before I test drive, HELL NAH! Y'all Don't Even know simple Stuff about your own establishment. If y'all don't accept checks, say that the same 3 Days Before when I text you and tell you I have it. Also, why set my appointment for 10 if your manager wasn't going to be in til after 12. This Place Is Stupid. Lastly the car I was going to get (2018 Challenger SXT...In Front) had police sirens in it of course I asked how to get it removed they said I should be fine, that is impersonating law enforcement why would I do that? Also David If You've Only Been At This job For A Week, How The hell Do You Have Past Reviews?? I'm Far From Dumb. You All Are LIARS And CHEATS! Please Shove The Car Far Up Y'all Asses. read more

I bought a car from the dealership on the 25th of January, it was a 2010 Audi s4 with 155,000 miles on it. After purchasing it with warranty in my contract. It had major transmission issues 30 minutes off the lot, I called back to the dealership and let them know they told me that would handle it. I called my warranty company that was provided in the contract but they stated they don't cover my type of car. Now it's been 2 months and I can't get ahold of any manager that works here because of his "pregnant wife" keeping him out of the office. I took my car to AUDI and Virginia Beach and it's 6k in damages I want a refund for the repairs or a refund for the car. They won't answer my phone calls or call me back. Don't recommend this place at all. They knew what they sold me and are keeping away from paying me for the repairs even though it's in my contract . read more

Shysters. Had a car I was interested in on their website, but turns out it wasn't even running/serviceable. I agreed to a $500 refundable deposit for them to get the car fixed & ready.....but then the *actual* paperwork called the deposit "non-refundable". Multiple attempts to contact and get a refund failed. Run away from these guys. read more

Absolute crooks. The worst type of humans, avoid at all cost unless you enjoy getting ripped off! Absolute scam artists to the core. Will sell you a broken car and claim they inspected it when they actually just slapped an inspection sticker on it. Didn't have the car for more than a week before it broke down and then they tried to tell me that I had to pay for the tow expense, new battery, etc. even though apparently the car came with a warranty? Not sure what happened to the supposed warranty. Not to mention the absolute sleeziest manager/ financial guy who has you Venmo the down payment to his personal account. Trust me, no matter what your credit score is - you can do better than these people. They prey on people buying their first cars/ have low credit and make money off of vulnerable car buyers. In sum, stay away. These people should truly be arrested and I plan to make sure anyone in the dmv knows to stay away from this horrible "establishment." read more

My son found his dream car and we purchased the car well below KBB. I have nothing but good things to say about the experience. We even had a few issues with the vehicle following the purchase and they maintained all of our agreements. SUPER shout out to the service manager Connor Reeve! This gentleman was FANTASTIC communicating updates and personally delivered the vehicle. All around great experience. read more

We bought the red 2019 Subaru WRX from you all and let me tell you the hell we have had for one the wrong rotors were on the car, $1300 to replace, now we find out that someone put double spacers on the car damaging the tires, we are having to throw another $1399 for new tires because he cant drive the car because whoever put the double spacers on is a dumb ass lucky my husband has not died in the car, the wiring is all messed up in the car another $900 over payed for the car in general and paying a $650.50 car payment, and we put down $6,000 plus the $1000 for our trade in you people should not even be in business right now, yall should be paying us because this shit should have been done before my husband even bought the car and drove the shit off of the lot we got the car July 3rd 2023 it is now Nov 10th 2023 he has only had the car 4months and its been in the shop more than he has been able to drive the car, yall are very dishonest and then you hang up on people while they are in the middle of talking. Yall will never get our business again. Yall can be sued for this shit. Get yalls shit together because one day you are going to be out of business due to someone dying because yall dont know how to properly replace shit on cars. read more

I had an amazing experience here. I walked in and ended up getting my dream car super easily it only took me 30 min they even filled up my gas tank before leaving they treated me with the best respect I highly recommend to anyone read more

DO NOT!! I REPEAT DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! I went there because they claim they were having all these good deals and that this is where the money resides... and they even told me that was on Marry had a little lamb. So I said alright, bet! Found the car I wanted online, exchanged info to run credit... drove THREE hours and this was the car sitting out front with my name on it. I said WTF is that? The car I found online was not even theirs to sell and offered me this instead!!! I was sooooo mad. They told me the car is 'eco friendly' especially with the increase of gas prices, and even said they have a rockbottom deal on it for me. To even add more insult to my frustration the salesman said, "well with your big a* feet, you should have no problem getting from point a to point b, but think twice about trying c." I was so embarrassed. They even asked me to take a selfie with all of us in it for their FaceBook page. I declined, and left without a car. This was the worst car buying experience of my life. Steer clear from this place! 10/10 would NOT recommend at all. read more

My review is so bad, that I don't even have the energy to write it, let alone think about it!! But I'm definitely doing something about it!!

NIGHTMARE! Drove almost 2 hours AFTER putting a deposit on a car, they SOLD IT before I arrived. Still bought ANOTHER car on their "lot" (I say that loosely considering it's a trailer on dirt and pot holes!) and 15 minutes later I am on the side of the road with a broken down, overheated piece of crap. Tried to say it was just because the coolant was empty, they'd fix it and deliver for free with 6 month warranty. Entire next day goes by and kept calling, calling. At 4pm, "the car is still not fixed, we're sorry". Oh but it's just the coolant riiiiight? WRONG. Got my money back and canceled everything. DO NOT BUY HERE!!! read more

AVOID AT ALL COST. Would give zero if I could. Was sold a vehicle that's operated maybe 3 of the 30 I've had it, service is terrible, and I still have no title. Not to be trusted they are selling crap, spare your wallet and your time. read more

Don't get near this dealer, they will take your money down payment, they made me go to the dealer telling me the car I wanted to buy was ready, I drove 2 hours just so they can tell me the car was not even ready, I requested my down payment back, they promised I will get it back 3-7 business day, it's been 2 months and I have not seen nothing, I try calling and it's like if they have you on the do not answer list because I try calling finance manager he tells me that he will check on it, hang up on me, 30minutes later I try calling again, he answer pretending it's someone else saying, OH HES NOT HERE TODAY THATS IMPOSSIBLE HE WASNT HERE TODAY THERE NO WAY YOU COULD TALK TO HIM, every time o call "OH HE WILL BE HERE MONDAY HE WONT BE HERE FOR THE REST OF THE WEEK" worst finance manager be careful also he runs your credit everywhere next thing you know your credit went down 90 point!!! read more
