They all acted like no customers were around just being loud and complaining about the supervisor or manager or whatever not counting her register before she leaves be thankful they gave you guys a job. Because if it was up to me all of you would've been gone. On the bright side one of girls didn't get her name but she was the fitting room chick who opened the doors was very sweet she at least showed some concern for customers and wasn't all loud.

We all know what Charming Charlie is--crappy cheap jewelry meant to get you through one event and then break. I get it. I do not expect to find real jewelry here. But when I need something for one occasion it has every conceivable color and style combination. You will find something that matches. And I know discount stores come with some degree of bad service. I wasn't expecting really great service. However, this location has no line cue. You have to sort of barrel your way to a line. The lines are long. The clerks are so busy trying to sign people up to the "whatever charlie club" that they cannot manage their lines. And they are super slow to begin with--I was third in line for 17 minutes. There were plenty of people behind the counter NOT ringing people up that I really wondered why they had all those registers. And when I finally got to the register I told her politely that I did not wish to join their club because I was in a hurry and this was all ready taking a long time--eye roll number one and not even a, "I'm sorry, but thank you for your patience." So now I'm miffed. And she slowed down her pace a little more--maybe on purpose or maybe due to incompetence. On the way out, someone who looked like a manger said thank you for coming in, so I let her know there was a problem at the register--eye roll number two and a laughing, "Have a nice day." Great...little bit of mocking just makes my day better. This is a fairly new store and they all ready don't want to help people. And again, this is why I avoid Town East Mall. I'm originally from Mesquite. I worked at this mall back when it was nice. I'm sad it's so terrible now. I won't go here again. I will probably avoid all the Charming Charlie locations now.
