Update: I wanted to update my review because I was genuinely impressed with how the owner handled my experience. He reached out to me promptly, offered to make things right, and was very responsive in addressing my concerns. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to return at the time, but the owner still went above and beyond to resolve the situation, and I truly appreciate that level of customer service. It's refreshing to see a local business take its customers' experiences seriously and make an effort to ensure they're satisfied. What started as a disappointing experience turned into a positive one because of how professionally and thoughtfully it was handled. I would absolutely recommend this car wash to anyone looking for a local car wash in the Irvine Spectrum area. Thank you to the owner for taking the time to address my concerns and make things right! read more

Private Car Wash Service - Car Wash Near Me - Irvine, California

This is my first time using this company and probably will be my last. They travel around to different businesses. I did the service at the Anaheim location in the arena corporate center. I dropped off my car at 7:00 am and I told the employee that I would be out by 1:30 pm. I paid $110 for the mini detail, and honestly was disappointed. I got out at 1:00 pm and headed to pick up, but the employee said he wasn't done stating "we go by the order of the time you provide us for picking up, I thought I had till 1:30." Understandable that I was early but.. Ok... would you not go by first come first serve since I was the first one to drop off my car?? Mind you this also corporate complex where people clock out at 3,4, or 5pm. So I would think that dropping off my car at 7 am and picking it up at 1pm it would be reasonable time. He was apologetic for the delay bc they were busy.. but it didn't seem sincere. Once I thanked him, I sat in my car and immediately the back of my pants got wet. I was suddenly irritated. I checked my passenger seat and my back seats and they were dry. It led me to believe either 1) they did not shampoo ALL the seats 2) they shampooed the 3 seats minus the drivers seat till the last minute. This is very unprofessional within the reasonable time for a car wash and interior detail, that the driver seat is still wet when picked up. For $110, the exterior was ok, and the inside was clean to some extent. I have attached pictures below. I don't think their service of "interior detailing, spotless interior, and shampoo seats" is accurate.. What I really didn't like was driving 45 mins home with a wet bottom :/ read more

My car became new and fresh! Great service! Thanks to Edgar and Randy!!! I would recommend it to other people.

First time here and unfortunately it will be my last. Although I appreciate how quick they were (about 25 min) I paid $45 for a car wash and it was not a good job. Please see the photos. Water stains everywhere, there was still grass and dirt behind my tires and they did not wipe the inside of the doors. Also they didn't have the decency of clipping my mats back on. Very rushed job and for the price point, I am unsatisfied. I would suggest you look elsewhere at this price point. read more

Every Thursday, we have Private Car Wash in our parking garage at work. What a treat! I can see progress from my office window. Sonny is exceptionally helpful, friendly, and detailed in his work. He's the one who is normally working hard for us and we appreciate him!! Pricing is reasonable, especially since we can just pull our car up to the top level and then receive a text when it's done. Cheapest wash is $30, $5 additional for a truck or larger vehicle. I've actually opted for the cheapest wash a few times and my truck comes out sparkly clean and beautiful. I've also opted for the Exterior Detail ($70/$75) and the quality was outstanding. Thank you Sonny and Private Car Wash for top notch services!! read more

After the business of the holidays and rainy days, my car needed much needed TPC. Sonny did an amazing job with my Finny. She's back to sparkling clean and ready for the weekend. I highly recommend using Private Carwash Service for your auto needs. To top it off, Sonny provides great customer service and will have your car ready as requested. as far as cost, comparable or better than the local hand wash where you do not get the personal care. read more

Private Car Wash Service - Spic and span clean! - Car Wash Near Me - Irvine, California

I had an excellent experience with this company from start to finish at the Aliso Viejo location. It was incredibly easy to coordinate everything, and the owner responded quickly with pricing, making the entire process seamless. Fausto was the one who detailed my car, and he did an outstanding job. He was friendly, easy to talk to, and his attention to detail was exceptional. My car looks fantastic, and it's clear he takes pride in his work. I'm extremely happy with the service and will definitely be bringing my car back every two weeks. I'll also be bringing my wife's car in as well. If you're looking for a reliable company that delivers quality work and great customer service, I highly recommend them! read more

Private Car Wash Service is at my office complex on Wednesdays and I decided to try them for the first time this week. The service was amazing! Everything about it was so seamless and effortless. Pulled my car up, gave the key over, paid upfront digitally, and when my car was done, I got a text. My car was so shiny and clean. I loved it. Going to make this my go-to car wash service since I have to go into the office regularly and this saves me time! Great value too. read more

Great car wash with many locations to choose from. Irvine Spectrum Chris took me right in while I waited. The attention to detail is superior to other hand wash sites. Great value for the effort. read more

I take my car here frequently and they are always so detailed about their work. After each wash, I think to myself, "dang is my car new?" For the price of hand washing as well, you can't really beat it. You get a lot even from the smallest packages, and I've even went ahead and done the leather treatments as well and the car is so fresh. Also, I have a dog who rides in the car often, and they manage to get over 90% if the hair off. AMAZING value to me! read more

Alright, so I usually dread taking my car to any car wash, and I'm never quite satisfied with the results. But I decided to try out Private Car Wash Service today, and I've gotta say, it was a gamechanger! First off, the staff was super friendly and helpful in selecting the best package for my vehicle. They explained the different wash options without trying to upsell me on stuff I didn't need. I went for the mini detail and what a job they did! When my car was ready for pick up, I was genuinely impressed. It was SPOTLESS! The windows were streak-free, the tires looked brand new, the paint was SHINING and the interior was impeccable! They paid attention to all the little details that usually get missed. Looks like it rolled out of the showroom again :) The quality and attention to detail was worth every penny. I really needed a full car wash and interior shampoo for my vehicle, so I reached out to Private Car Wash Service the same day and they responded right away. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with professionalism and genuinely friendly service, which immediately made me feel confident I chose the right place. The detailing took a few hours, so I ran some errands and came back later and wow, I was seriously impressed. My car looked and felt almost brand new. The attention to detail, especially on the interior, exceeded my expectations. On top of the quality service, their pricing is very reasonable and worth every dollar. It's rare to find a place that delivers both great results and affordability. I highly recommend this company. If you're on the fence, don't be you'll be extremely happy with how your car turns out. I had my car detailed and was really impressed with the service. There were some stubborn stains on the seats that didn't come out, but they were upfront with me and explained that those would actually require replacing the material. Even so, they went over the seats again to be sure and really went above and beyond to do everything they could. I appreciate how honest and professional they were throughout the whole process. My car looks amazing otherwise--so clean and fresh--and their customer service truly stands out. Highly recommend them if you want a detail service that takes pride in their work and genuinely cares about making things right for their customers. read more

Honestly PCWS makes life so much easier! I hate going to the car wash and waiting while they wash my car. But PCWS makes it so convenient, they come to our office every Wednesday. We just drop off the car and they have it clean by the end of the day. And they do such a great job too!p read more

Owner called me and we discussed. Great owner. The service was excellent and car was thoroughly cleaned so it sucks to put a 1 star but one of the guys was very rude. The gentlemen that handed me my keys did a great job and was willing to go above and beyond about my additional asks. I paid 10 bucks more to have my dog net vacuumed thoroughly and I asked if they could clean the side of the baseboards a bit more. I asked if they could have been done a bit more thoroughly after completion and one of the guys was just rude about the ask, as if it's an inconvenience. And when I asked for the plastic baseboards to be cleaned a bit more, he asked his partner if I paid for the "5 star" and mumbled under his breath. So rude I just walked away. read more

For first impressions I spoke with someone thru Yelp the night before my appointment just to make sure where to park. It was all handled and very nice however in the morning I guess it was a little stand-offish? I parked where they told me to but I got honked at by one of the service staff and so I was like oh okay and just parked in a nearby different spot. However he got out of the car to tell me I can't park anywhere here and I was confused as it was my first time getting my car detailed and I spoke with someone last night specifically about where to go. I apologized and asked where I could park and he just said somewhere else just nowhere here and I said I'm sorry. He said you can only park here for carwash only and I was like oh I am actually here for a car wash which I felt I got ignored as he went back to just servicing another car. I was a bit confused and frazzled and just stood around because I didn't know who to talk to then about my appointment. However I saw a woman working by their logo truck so I let her know and she was very nice to accommodate me after I let her know I made an appointment for interior detailing the night before. She handled the phone call and payment too and she was very courteous about telling me what they did and if they found anything they just left it clean on my dash :) They did well! It took 3 hours but it so was fresh and so much better. They took their time with it. My seats looked brand new and they took all the weird old crusty food stains and pet hair out. Overall the service was great. I just felt a bit unwelcomed in the beginning by the other guy working that day. I think just for constructive feedback instead honking and telling a stranger they can't park in a certain area the employee should ASK* first if they're here for their car wash service. And if they're not just kindly let them know they have to park somewhere else. Instead of just assuming I'm here for another reason and getting in their way. It made me feel a bit bad. read more
