Flew into California to purchase this Van. Leading up to the purchase I had several videos and phone calls with Bobby. Other than the light damage in the initial listing at the front no other damage was visible or explained. During the purchase they also said they would cover an oil change but didn't. Later on I discovered the van has more damage to the body than was eluded to as the paint and body work that was done prior has begun to form big cracks. Removing the Amazon shelving inside showd a lot more work has been done. Even though when clearly asked if there was any damage none of this was described. On the listing none of the auction photos showing the damage were visible and I had to have them email me the original state as proof that they basically lied. Very disappointed and the door pretty much has to be replaced. After trying for almost a year to find a resolution and get some assistance with this I've basically given up they got their money and they don't care about their customers. I feel lied and cheated by this business. read more

Hi y just want to say Very good service and fast that they offer Prius connection. I have been going with them for 4 years and all the Prius that I bought from them are good, as are the rebuilt hybrid batteries, very good quality. I got the last one that they replaced that lasted 160,000 miles. read more

I had been taking my car to another shop but they couldn't seem to find the real issue and had to keep going back. Finally I found Robert at Prius Connection and they found the real issue and fixed it. My car hasn't had any issues since then and even my boyfriend went back to buy a car from them which has also been running great!! read more

This guy is real when you get to know him. He's been there for us when our car was not working. He came to US one time and then after that he earned our business. Thankfully he 600ft away from where we live so it's such a convenience! read more

I want to praise this business; however Robert is absolutely terrible in his string of lies. DO NOT trust anything this guy says as he will make false claims and then play victim over and over again. Right from the start the trim of the vehicle and mileage did not match the description. He will use pity tactics and then aggression to try and sell. The biggest shame is that this could be a great business but the owner has a complete dishonest nature to running business. Many people shopping here already understand their buying a salvaged vehicle and don't need lies, deception, games to make a sale. Do not waste your time here. After selling to me I had to hire a lawyer to get my title and registration sent to me after being given promised week after week after week. Forcing me to have purchased a vehicle in cash I could not drive because of expired temporary tags. read more

Prius Connection - prius non original catalytic converter - Used Car Dealers Near Me - Reseda, California

Good dealer to buy.... Good bargain on Prius.. Robert is the guy to talked to... he will give u good deal w the car. Thank u

I highly recommend The Prius Connection and here's why. Robert is the most professional, reliable and generous businessman I have had the pleasure of working with. He has saved my butt time and time again. He sold me an 07 prius about five years ago and it has run like a dream since I drove off his lot. He has backed all of his work, parts and maintenance if I've ever needed anything done on the vehicle and he charges a fraction of what any dealership or specialty auto shop would charge. I can't say enough about Robert and The Prius Connection he will always help his customers out. I highly recommend him and his prius vehicles because you can never go wrong! Hes an honest businessman through and through. Thanks Robert for all your help through the years! - David R read more

Proud owner of my fifth Prius. I've been using these guys for years. They know these cars inside out and are the nicest, most honest people I've ever run across in auto repair. They can do anything on a Prius and do it at a fair price. I highly recommend them. read more

I'm a big fan of Prius Connection! When friends are looking for a used Prius at a great price, I always send them here. I've been working with Robert, the owner. for years and I trust him implicitly--great guy, real mensch. He's a Prius expert who buys and repairs Priuses that have suffered exterior damage, makes them look new, and then sells them at amazing prices. (He shows you the "Before" photos of the car so you can see the exact damage/repairs.) With used cars, TRUST IS EVERYTHING, which which is why I drive all the way from Burbank to Reseda even for the most minor repairs. Other car dealers and mechanics are always looking for ways to get more of your money. Robert is always looking for ways to SAVE me money. (I often pay extra just out of gratitude!) P.S. I used to have a strong bias against cars with "salvage" on the title. Now I think it's just smart, at least if the car's from Robert. Where else can you get a good-looking, money-saving, reliable Prius at a (super) affordable price, plus trustworthy follow- up? read more

Bought a Prius Prime from Prius Connection a little over a year ago. The car has been one of the best purchases we ever made. The price was fair and have had zero issues with the car. It was originally intended for our daughter and it quickly became the primary family car. Highly recommend. read more

Robert, Bobby, & their whole team took great care of my car! Really easy to work work with & even went as far to drive me home. Great place!

The owner is very arrogant. We went to see a car from marketplace. He is very rude to us and we said we will check with our mechanic and he is talking bill shit. He is saying like bring all of your family and check it with them. And also he is saying that get out of my place. I don't even give him 1 star also. read more

Very poor customer service! They charge a lot for the job then while working on your car, manage to not handle your vehicle properly and put crashes on new car and you call back they don't pick when they do they hung up on you. When you go back they say there's nothing they can do because they don't want to pay for the damage they made (more than once it happens). The owner Robert gets angry at you and love hanging up. Won't go back. read more

My prius was making some weird sounds and three different mechanics all had different suggestions. I was confused and didn't know who to trust. I bought a 2020 Toyota Corolla a couple of years ago for $15,000 plus $1,500 in taxes I had to pay at the DMV. A few weeks later he called me insisting I didn't pay the sales tax and that the DMV was holding him responsible and threatened me that if I didn't show him my receipt he would see to it that my registration was voided. It was at that point that I hung up on him. After buying the car, I found that he had left out the left interior panel by the rear window. The headlights that are not adjustable are aimed down so that it's difficult to drive at night. The hood he had repainted was so thinly done that it began pitting all over. The trunk leaks when it rains and the driver's door fills up with water. Meanwhile, the seams where he restored the salvaged vehicle don't line up properly and I had to replace the front bumper because the sides popped out and couldn't be fixed. The glue they used to hold it in place long enough to sell it was not permanent. Knowing what I know now I would not have bought the car or done business with someone that is either shady or incompetent at restoring cars. read more

Robert and Igor really know a Prius inside and out. I have an old Prius (2009) and they helped fix every problem it had. There were many mechanical issues with the car, because I had driven it with the check engine light on for many months , but they patiently and methodically fixed it all. I also ordered a paint job of the bumper and detailing the inside, so now I really feel like I am driving a "new" car. I love my Prius and I am so happy to have found someone to help me enjoy it fully for a few more years. read more

I have purchased two cars from Prius Connection. After the catalytic converted was stolen from the first vehicle, they gave me a great deal to trade it in for another. Whenever I bring the vehicle in, they are always very flexible about the schedule and even stay late for me to pick up the vehicle. They also wash the vehicle. The office is very clean and I really enjoy the Christmas decorations when they put them up. I really trust the owner and when I ask for advice, it feels like I am asking my own dad. I'll never bring my car anywhere else. read more

Fantastic! A+ Can't say enough about this place and owner Robert. Have been dealing with a constant noise from the back of my 2011 Prius for. MONTHS! I took the car to Prius Connection and within 20 minutes Robert had diagnosed the problem and fixed it. I recommend PRIUS CONNECTION!!! read more

I bought a car from Prius Connections a year and a half ago. It's been running smooth ever since, but some jerk threw a rock through my window Thursday night. Geico quoted me 350 and that felt kinda steep considering my insurance coverage. I remembered that when Robert sold me the car in late 2020, he said "Bring it back if anything ever happens to it and I'll help you get it fixed." I called him up and got service within the hour. For a little more than half as much as Geico offered. I had work in the morning and work at night and he got me a fresh window in time for my second shift. Unbelievable service, and the car looks just as good as when I got it. Couldn't be happier I found this place. read more

They sold my friend a salvage car and created a fake car fax report for it in the first place. They refuse to do anything about it. DO NOT buy from here. These people are dishonest criminals read more

Robert runs a fraudulent business. We bought a car from him 10 months ago. He assured us it was not a salvage title, but when we received the title from the DMV it was clearly a salvage. He had shown us a carfax report that had obviously apparently been doctored because it showed only personal use and maintenance, nothing about an accident or salvage history. A couple months into owning the car it broke down, and since he'd told us that he does repairs when we purchased it we took it to him, naively thinking he was knowledgeable, a good person, and didn't know about the issue when he sold the car. We hadn't received the title yet so we didn't know that he was a lying cheat. He charged us $1200 and texted me weeks later asking why I hadn't picked the car up yet, when he'd never notified me that it was ready. When we went to pick it up, however, he told us we couldn't take it because the battery was dead? So that was another couple hundred dollars. Another 3 months down the line, the exact same issue happened with the car yet again. We complained to him and he fixed it for free (with no receipt or document of his deceit and failure to fix it the first time, of course). 2 months later, and yet again the SAME issue happened. Another $1,000, and now we are absolutely done with this car and his business. It would be nice if we could trade it in at a dealership, but we can't since he sold us a salvage title without disclosing that information. Will be contacting the Bureau of Automotive Repairs and urge others with similar experiences to do the same. If anyone is interested in a class action, feel free to contact me. read more

Let's be clear on what a salvage title is people. It's when a car has been in an accident and that damage has exceeded the value of the car! If you want this type of vehicle then there are plenty of private sellers that you can purchase from. Do you want to go to a dealership where they sell these vehicles and don't tell you it was a salvage? Do you want the car to break down 3 times in 6 months with the same issue while these clowns repair it under the table the first time but don't provide you documentation saying what they did. Do you want to get charged the other 2 times for the same issue and have the car still not be repaired? Do you want to recieve the title in the mail when you've finally paid off your lemon and find that it was a salvage in the first place ( now all the issues make sense ) although the car facts report they showed ypu didn't state that? NICE COPY AND PAST JOB PRIUS CONNECTION! I guess these clowns alter reports too. Do you want these guys to act like they didn't hide that issue to your face like you're the clown? Would you like an attorney to tell you that the case isn't worth it for him to take because your lemons value won't cover his time and fee's? Well people if that's what kind of business you want to buy your car from then this is the place for you!!! Come in to Prius Connection and get ripped off like my daughter did and get yourself a lemon that will squeeze every drop of money out of you that it can. They'll even show you a clean fact report! You may need to borrow again to pay off the car and your mechanic. Hell, you may finally just leave it along side of a desert road stranded like it left my daughter! If this has happened to you please contact me so we can get your contact info to the class action attorney that will take this case. These people need to be held accountable for what they do! Some comments on here say they have disclosed salvages to them; we weren't so lucky! Why the hell would anyone buy a salvage title from a dealership? Do you want to stuff 10 grand in someones pocket that has you bent over dry? Think twice before doing business with these clowns! Consider the fact that you decided to read this divine intervention and go somewhere else!!! read more
