I needed a COI to move forward, per my HOA's requirements for someone to climb the roof. I had the COI within 1-2 business days. I interacted with Tony throughout the process, and he was very professional and helpful. We hadn't cleared our solar panels in about five or six years, and we saw about a 10% increase in production the day after the cleaning vs the days and weeks before! Pretty amazing.
