Getting on their calendar was a little challenging, presumably since many people were trying to schedule their voucher redemption. I was finally able to get a timeslot that worked. Because I needed to meet the crew during the day, and had to leave work to do so, I asked to be notified when they were headed to my apartment. While they did contact me, saying they were 30 minutes out, in fact it took them about an hour from that time to arrive. When the crew did arrive, they got straight to work and hit the two biggest areas of concern, in this case the kitchen and the bathroom. They worked quickly and efficiently, making the place cleaner than it had been in a long time. Maybe I'll actually get my deposit back.
