Not only did the entire house smell fantastic and look great, parts of the kitchen and bathrooms I thought were beyond cleaning look brand new. They did a wonderful job and were very friendly and professional. I just moved from California and there is a lot of competition for housekeeping there so the rates are much lower. Initially I was taken back by the cost for this service but after seeing the results, It was worth every penny. And after calling around, they have fair and competitive pricing for the market here. We will definitely use Stella and her team again when we need a deep cleaning. I'm so happy I get to move into my new home spotless!!

Most places…read morechange you an extra fee for move out cleaning and/or nickel and dime you for each task required by the apartment mangers like cleaning the inside of the fridge and stove, baseboards, etc. I called on Monday and was able to get an appointment for Wednesday. Now for the appointment...the crew arrived nearly 2 hours after my scheduled appointment, which was really frustrating. Apparently Stella booked the crew for a house in Lake O and asked if I could wait a couple of hours until they finished. "Uh...no! I have an appointment." When the crew arrived, the lead cleaner made a big stink to Stella (by phone) about all of the work that needed to get done in the time allotted. I wanted them to focus on the 3 bathrooms and kitchen, and I was prepared to do the rest myself. I took a "do what you can do in 1 1/2 to 2 hours" approach since I was trying to save money, and I cleaned along side them to get the rest done. They did a good job with cleaning the areas that I designated. I noticed that the stubborn area above the stove was not cleaned, and the lead cleaner proclaimed that they tried, but it couldn't be cleaned. So I took a scrubber pad, used some elbow grease and the stains started to disappear. So she tried again and removed most of the muck. In all, I think Superior may be a good company, but the staff do have some communication issues. (I do understand a little bit of Spanish, so I had sense of what they were complaining about to Stella and amongst themselves.) The crew was nice to me. They gave me a ride up the road so that I wouldn't have to walk a mile to the bus stop. I just think they were annoyed with the scheduling mix up and hadn't been told ahead of time what I needed them to get done in the slotted time. I am used to cleaners working at a faster pace than they worked, so maybe I set my expectations too high.

They booked something right on the spot when they visited my house, and sent me a confirmation email. Dan and Jeremiah were very easy to work with, they were transparent about cost, and ask a lot of questions to ensure they understood what I wanted. They came on time and ready to work. They are general contractors who offer installation and repair of aluminum, gutters, and downspouts. They service the Portland Metro area. No service to Washington or south of Silverton, Oregon Gold Star for Dan and Jeremiah, who are the owners as well.

They did an excellent job cleaning the roof in early March. Two workers spent from 11 am to almost 4 pm on the task, and we were charged about 40% less than what another well-known local roof cleaning company quoted. Regarding communication, I saw some reviews mentioning that they don't always pick up the phone. However, I believe this is because they are saving on labor costs to offer lower prices for their services. If they are not available by phone, they are very quick to respond to emails, which worked well for me. Overall, I highly recommend this company for their efficient and affordable service.

These guys really saved me from a terrible Groupon experience. I originally purchased moss removal…read morefrom another vendor through Groupon specifically for a 2 story home. I didn't schedule my original appointment right away, because I had no reason in my mind to worry that there would be an issue. Turns out that the first vendor was afraid to climb a ladder to work on a two story house, and only services homes with internal access to the roof. I had never heard of such a thing! He actually acted like he was surprised that I was surprised when he said he wouldn't do it because "he enjoys living". Hey I get it dude, I don't really like climbing ladders and getting on my roof either (which is why I pay someone with expertise to do it), but I don't offer it as a service as part of my profession, lol. I called CWAGS and he was very responsive. He had a good laugh about the first vendor's response, saying he'd never heard of that either. Anyway, they offered the same service for the same price, with an upcharge for the pitch of the roof. I had no problem with that. Was hoping to get a refund from Groupon to deal with them directly, but could only get a credit because I waited more than 3 days because the first guy wouldn't climb a ladder. They honored everything with the Groupon voucher, even though Groupon takes a pretty big cut. Great communication throughout the process. Appointment was made within a week and a friendly crew showed up today and knocked it out in a few hours. Least I can do is give them a top notch review.
