I got the premium service the attendant that was there when I was way to take my license plate that was on the side. Remove my antenna and took extra care to make sure all the dirt and grim came off truck came out looking amazing. Very good value I would definitely recommend this place. read more

Used to love this place. Been going here for as long as I can remember. They have always allowed a second go around and that's always fixed it well today I go through look at the truck still dirty. I go back around and the man is extremely rude "what is wrong with your truck." I told him and he told me to hand wash it. If I wanted to hand wash it I would have done that from the beginning. I'm an extremely nice and understanding person but if I'm going to pay nearly 10$ I expect it to actually clean my car. He refused to let me go through a second time unless I pay again. I then went to the vacuums frustrated. The man parked next to me his car looked super dirty still. The same dude came out to talk to him was extremely rude and told him to hand wash it. The other customer was also frustrated. The employee walked away and was almost in the building when the other customer looked at me and I said "I don't know my truck is dirty too." And the employee turned around and yelled "I don't have to deal with you people!" Whatever I go around to vacuum the other side and another customer is on that side and asked what happened as he is wiping down his car with a towel in the parking lot still dirty truck. I've been coming here since I was a wee child. They've had my family's business for over 20 years and I will never go back. I'm not paying 10 of my hard earned dollars for a half service. One should check their vehicle after getting a wash. Lots of dirt on the backside. They let me run it again at no cost if you sign a form with your name, make and model of your car. The vacuums are pretty anemic as well. The price is ok for work vehicles but I would not take a nicer car here. read more

What a nightmare! WORST Customer service experience I think I have ever had. The Car Wash pulled a piece of trim off my car. I was told to fill out a report and I would be contacted within 72 hours. While was taking report Damion became belligerent and rude because I was asking too many questions. He actually used the F..k would with me. He finally told he didn't have to talk to me a, tore up the report and refused to help and said to I was not welcome at the Car Wash. Danny said he would take my report and apologized for his co-worker. I was shaking and in tears when a left the carwash. 10 days later and 5 phones call and Tevor has not returned my phone call. The part that was ripped was $84 and I doubt I will ever hear from them. DO NOT USE Campbells. Besides all of that my car was not clean. read more

This car wash has turned into huge joke. I have gone here for 24 years and I will not be going back unfortunately. 1. I have gone through dozens of times with a hitch on my vehicles and now magically you have to remove it because it might cause damage. 2. The price for the quality of wash and dry is pathetic. 3. They will not serve you if you do not have a mask on. I can go through ANY other drive through and get food items without a mask but at a damn car wash they won't help you. Absolutely horrific attitude by the employee today. I pulled in and was removing a couple items from my vehicle quickly, the car in front of me had just started into the car wash, and I turned around and said "how are you" he goes "love waiting on people" I said is that directed at me? "Yep a little bit". As he walked off to get something from the next car, he walked past and said "theirs a parking lot over there next time". I didn't slow down any of their process at all. I come here about once a week, but just had the most frustrating experience. Previously I had overlooked the vacuums that don't really clean since I am lucky enough to be able to revacuum at home. I also overlooked the minimal rinsing their system gives many times leaving plenty of dirt behind. First, I get grouched at for taking off my own antenna and argued with about that process with the person taking my money. Then, when asking who the manager was to the next person working was told simply he isn't here. I explained their coworker was not so friendly and the response was "she's practically retired what can you do?" My wife and I had her car washed here. At the end of the run, I heard a pop, looked in my rearview mirror and saw the rear wiper was standing out away from the window. when we exited I found the wiper was knocked out of kilter with a piece missing. I let them know and the worker went into the carwash looking for the piece. I let him know it happened at the blanket at the end. He found the piece and gave it back to me. The kid in the office was reluctant to fill out a report but he did which I have. He told me to "give it 72 hrs. because the boss is busy. If I don't get a call after that time call the number on the sheet." It's been almost three weeks! I've called and left messages for Mr. Campbell TWICE! Not even a response. He's stalling! Now I'm mad. The cheesy sign he has in place after it's too late to back out says NOTHING about not taking responsibility for wiper damage. It is very specific about what they don't pay for. We took the ultra car wash and it did an awesome job getting our very dirty car clean.. they have complimentary car mat wash and they have free vacuum for car... which is sooper cool we thought.. there were few dirt marks near the wheels and we let them know about it and they happily gave us another round of wash.. our car is sooper clean n we will be coming back next time read more

After coming out of the wash there was a long crack in the windshield. When we brought it to the attention of the manager he denied responsibility. Don't use these guys. So I've been going here for about a year or two and recently my rear wiper was torn off by their brushes. The manager wanted to settle it without going through insurance and I agreed. BIG MISTAKE. Without going into all the details this guy jerked me around for 2 weeks. I told him I was having health problems and had multiple issues going on that limited the amount of time I could spend on this yet he had excuse after excuse. He had issues with paying out and paying a reasonable amount based on a quote by someone other than the shop who he has a special contract to do discounted repairs. We made it clear we had been loyal customers and didn't appreciate the hassle he created for us and expected free car washes in compensation and he gave us only two. The manager told me nothing like this had happened in two years. After looking at yelp reviews I see he's also a liar. Although my car is 8 years old I did note a large sign stating they will not pay for ANY damage, even if caused by their equipment for cars over 10 years old. Moral of the story, don't go here. If you do and your vehicle is damaged, contact insurance immediately. You will have a much better outcome. read more

Drove my 96 Camry in for a wash and it came out with 3 dents in the roof from the dryer's air blast. Yes, they have a sign saying they're not liable for damages to cars older than 10 years, but I didn't pay attention to it. Anyway, I pointed out the dents to the attendant. He gave me contact info for the manager. I left polite phone messages, I left polite notes with the attendant, but I didn't get any help from the manager for over 6 months. Finally, I had the dents repaired on my own dime. I wrote to the owner, asking for reimbursement. He offered $100 when the dent repair cost $300. I took them to small claims court and we settled for around $200. I told the owner that I was very disappointed in his customer service, but didn't get any apology from him or the manager. I suggest that you go to a different car wash, especially if your car is a 2006 or older. read more
