I've been going to the Kaady Car Wash across from the Hillsboro airport for several years now and I always have a great experience. The wash bay is clean and trustworthy. Car comes out very clean, even after a long road trip. Maybe not perfect but pretty good for requiring almost zero effort on my part. They have plenty of vacuums and a spacious area to vacuum your car. The vacuums are free (even after their lowest price wash option) which I think is amazing these days. Service is always great. This location is easy to enter and exit and there is plenty of room to maneuver. All that for 10 bucks. Pretty outstanding value. read more

Unfortunately I've given them multiple opportunities, but they have been going downhill. They'll make you wait, even though your next car, to help a car who showed up after you in the next lane. I find that rude, especially when they only have one person and I was trying to be nice by going in the same lage they were. I might cancel my membership and go back to Washman. It's a further drive but they are consistent and dress your wheels for about the same price. read more

I went to Kaady Car Wash on TV Hwy and got my car washed due to construction in my area that had left it a mess while I was on vacation. Now I was in a hurry, so I didn't vacuum that day. I just got the wash and left. When I was leaving the car wash, there was a female employee who watched me leave. She had to see the rear of my car. I was in a great deal of pain that day, as I am handicapped. I didn't have the time, and certainly no ability to walk around the car to be sure it was washed. I assumed, silly me, that the car was WASHED. The front looked great. I took the car home late that night, and I pulled in. I exited from the FRONT of the vehicle. When I got in the car, the car texted me through Starlink that the rear braking system was not working right. It said to make an appointment with Subaru so I did. I left the car for the weekend as it didn't seem safe to drive it far. I got in from the front this morning and took it to the dealership. The dealership told me that the sensors were dirty and the car was filthy. I said "No it isn't. I just got it washed on Friday!" They asked if I had seen the back. I walked out and oh my gosh. The back wasn't TOUCHED. It was filthy. I had a repair bill for something that I had tried to rectify! But the carwash didn't do its job. I was quite upset. So I took it from the dealership and went to Kaady on Cornell since it was the closest. I asked them to rectify their machinery's error. The guy told me no if I had come in the same day MAYBE they could have done something (maybe?????) but not three days later. I was livid at this point, so I asked to see the manager. The manager came over. She indicated that indeed, I had to get out of my car and walk around the car or they would not make good what obviously was their issue. I took out TWO full coupon cards of car washes. I said, "I could pay for this wash, but I'm asking you to make it right. I'm not asking you to pay the repair bill that you cost me. I'm just asking you to wash the car." Now this fix costs them NOTHING. I then told her that my husband and son also carry these cards and we use Kaady often. She said she didn't care. I said, we will never come back, and I'll tell everyone I can that you don't clean the cars then you don't fix the issue. She said "I don't care." Wow. So all these years, this is what my coming to them as a customer has meant to them. Wow. Then she said, "It's really your fault anyway as you have a spoiler on your car. The machinery can't clean when you have a spoiler." I don't have a spoiler. I have a subaru outback. Never again. I had no idea that there was a time period that you had to tell them, even if the rest of the car is very clean and the back is full of mud caused obviously by a car wash spitting on it but not cleaning it. God forbid the machinery did damage to my car. Yeah, no more. read more

Fast and super efficient. I paid my $10 got in line and the car was washed twice , rinsed well and blown dried in less than 5 minutes. I didn't bother using the vacuum or other stuff in the bays. read more

I've been going to this location for several years now. It does a decent job washing my car. But the one thing I always worry about every time I get my car washed here or their other locations. It's when they have vehicles crammed in the tunnel at one time. Today, I stopped in for service and was placed pretty closed to the vehicle in front of me. Once in a while you get that one customer who, as much as possible, wants to get as much water off their car. So they step on their brake to get that extra blast of air. Well that's exactly what the customer in front did. This caused me to step on my brake while I was still on the belt which then caused my tire to come off the roller, just to avoid an accident. In my opinion, vehicles need to be spaced out to avoid an incident. read more

They have definitely reduced their water pressure in the last few years and have left my car with moss in the crevices and dirt still on the paint . Sometimes if I have the energy I make them run it through again but I don't think I should have to do that . It has really reduced the value of the car wash . read more

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. Not worth the car damages and horrible customer service. I went to take my car in for a quick wash and ended up getting sandwiched in between two cars with my car getting damaged due to the wash glitching and slamming our cars together. After my customer service file, John Jenkins contacted me saying he did not see anything in the footage and tried gaslighting me that our cars did not hit. They said they would not provide any security footage of the wash and that they are not entitled to any of the damages. This place is a SCAM. read more

went in to wash my truck. I have two small gas cans that are strapped down with tiedowns in the back of my truck. They gave me a hard time, even though I have been through 30 to 40 car washes at other facilities. Finally, They said no problem. Went through the car wash and as expected, no issues. The second day I go in. I let the lady at the front know that I just went through the other day and I've been through mini car washes before and no issues. The same guy that approved me two days before comes out and tells me I have to take them out of the truck. These things are strapped down and they won't go anywhere, but the real reason why is because he wanted to make a point. people like that do not need to be running a major company. They will no longer get my business or any of my corporate business. Bad management, bad business practices. read more

Well I'm not very happy with this car wash. I don't feel it cleans my car very well but on the plus side the vacuuming is free. But I did have to take my car in 2 times. And then on my front bumper my license plate got bit forward and I advised the manager and he wrote me back via email that I didn't have a proper license plate cover. I don't see what kind of cover I can get for my car but I'm not comfortable using them any longer. It damaged my beautiful personal license plate in the front . I'm grateful to have found another car wash that cleans my car better and I can at least ensure my license plate is safe. read more

I have been using KAADY CAR Wash for several years but no more. Not only did they scratch my car (stuff happens I get it), but their response to my contacting them and discussing the scratches demonstrated THEY WERE NOT INTERESTED IN HONEST DIALOGUE, NOR A REMEDY. Rather than all the details ( I just wrote more than a page with all the details) let me just say when I saw the scratches I calmly met with them and requested talking with someone. After emails and phone call I met Eron, their manager. Upon seeing my scratches, he quickly suggested they don't look like a pattern like their devices would make. He began to explain that the machines they use create a steady line and pattern (and pressure) when the car siding passes it. When I showed him that upon closer inspection there was indeed a repeating pattern of each scratch line starting higher then slowly lowering before starting again across the 3 side panels he seemed to get confused by my choice of words, "cyclical". He denied ever using the word. I said, "yes my choice of words, but there is a repeating pattern across the side of my car." He then offered a curious statement, "Hey look I'm not paid by KAADY car wash to deny claims." I had never suggested such a thing, nor had I suggested that anyone had ill intent throughout this process. I have no agenda or ill will to KAADY. I have no need to spend my time trying to get a free car wash or car polish. I simply wanted some level of accountability. The car went directly from there to my garage before a vacation. Upon returning is when I noticed the scratches. No one had access to the garage or the car while I was gone. There are some clowns working there, as well as some hard-working individuals. I'm willing to pay for a product/service and simply expect reasonable and rational dialogue. KAADY did not provide that, and their short-term thinking has cost them a long-standing customer. read more

DON'T EVER GO HERE BECAUSE THEY WON'T HELP YOU IF THEIR MACHINES SCRATCH YOUR CAR. They won't take responsible for the scratch either. They say their machines wouldn't do that motion. BS. As we are talking 2 cars go in one after another and guess what it did the same motion back and forth because there is a car behind it. They are lairs and they won't help you. I now have a scratched brand new car over this. They are con-artist and just want you to use their car wash so they can get the money and do nothing for anyone when their car wash scratches a car. Took my car here last Saturday 2/27/21. When I exited my car at my next stop, I noticed a new long scratch in the clear coat of the trunk lid. I started looking the car over, and there were marks on the engine hood, top and trunk lid, all on the driver's side. Immediately returned to the car wash and reported the incident. I had only just purchased this car a few months prior, and the paint was very nice. Several days later I finally met up with their customer rep. who, not surprisingly, denied the marks came from their equipment. No way their equipment could have caused that. We argued of course, and I informed him I had family in the insurance business and knew how the game worked. I knew it was his job to deny claims. Oddly enough he offered to polish out the marks himself right then and there. I told him I would rather pay a pro to fix it before I would let them ever touch my car again, I just wanted to give him the opportunity to make it right. The fact he already had buffing equipment and cleaner in his vehicle ready to go, says a lot. In my opinion the marks appear to have been made by a black or rubber coated antenna mast that had broken off another vehicle. These used to be banned from this wash, but I noticed several pickups pass through while I was with the rep and pointed them out to him. Unfortunately, my dash cam in the car didn't save the video of this trip in the wash (sometimes it will if the G-shock is enough). If it had, I'm sure I would have nailed him. Fortunately, the marks didn't cut down to the paint, and the clear coat can probably be buffed out. I have been using this wash for years, but never again. I have learned my lesson the hard way. I never thought I would be writing a review of a car wash, but here goes. The wife decided action needed to be taken to clean her car, so we took the ride through the wash. Fun and quick, then we headed over to the vacuums. Then I was advised to start clear out all the unnecessary (garbage) in the car and do a vacuum touch up. It was amazing how clean we were be able to. My only suggestion is to have other attachments available for the vacuum hose. The vacuum is 5 bucks for 10 minutes, but free for unlimited time when you pay for a wash. Pretty much a no brainer. My car is in need of a clean up, so I will be visiting again soon. read more

I've always gone to the Tv Hwy location but I was currently in the area of this location. So, I chose to try it.. I definitely should have known better and just waited to get back on my side of town. I got the $10 car wash and vacuumed my car. The vacuum area says "10 minutes max" and the vacuum was not the best! It barely did its job. I noticed my car was not fully cleaned. Excellent deal here. $7 for a automatic car wash. You are of in about 2 minutes and the car looks great. Afterwards, you get a complimentary 20 min vacuuming time for you to do yourself. There are over 10 vacuuming stations here and you don't have to wait to get a spot. Staff are friendly and the place is well maintained. Would definitely come again! read more

I have to pop a Ativan before I head over to Kaady. Its just too much pressure on me to drive so so so SO straight into the wash, and if my tire turns to lightly to the right/left they yell at me even louder and their already dramatic hand signals turn into a teetering on domestic violence hand signal. These guys take their job SERIOUSLY. Which equals a well oiled and clean carwash machine. But, still, after the wash, pull aside to wipe own the little spots it missed. There will be some. Just know that this is NOT a touch less carwash, so missed spots are bound to happen. I've added a extra star for lots of well maintained vacuums with high suction for the customers satisfaction. read more

They have upgraded many of their locations and the vacuum is now free with any wash. The wash and dry have improved a lot. But mainly the staff is ALWAYS so incredibly nice and helpful! read more

About half the time they will refuse my car because it has a roof rack. There seems to be no consistency to their policies. Today I was turned away despite using this car wash 15 times in the past. They seem to take great pleasure in this, which is annoying. They vacuums are free, but the suction is so weak your car will still be dirty when you leave. read more

Since I have a luxury vehicle I typically don't like going through a place like this. I Love this place and the people that they have working for them. They always take the time to make sure that my car is fully cleaned. I recently had an issue where I had to speak with the assistant manager Brie at the time and she was awesome and help me resolve the issue that I had. I highly recommend this location. read more

I've been a car-wash addict for some time now. I have a BENZ SL and am very picky about keeping it clean. I'm the kind of guy who vacuums the floormats EVERY time I drive the car. What's that called? Oh yea. Neurotic. Since washing the car myself involves work, effort and suds, I'm not really thus inclined. I live in Oregon because it's not a self-service gas state - so car wash, here I come. I've been going to Kaady in Hillsboro for a while now, and save a little by buying the car wash card. I also prefer that as a gift if anyone's asking. My experience at Kaady is always good - and recently the place has been seriously upgraded with a spiffy new layout, which just makes it look nicer and feel nicer. Still no complimentary cocktails, but probably for a good reason (which escapes me right now). I get a kick out of the staff in ties and white-shirts. Sort of a cultural anomaly these days - and always enjoy the person who directs you into the wash, knowing that he's in training for a job directing aircraft. This year I was delighted that INTEL sent all their Ronler Acres campus neighbors (in Orenco Station) a Kaady carwash gift card for a holiday gift. Clearly even INTEL knows what makes folks happy. I was in to have my car washed yesterday. They did not get all the bugs off so I ask for it to be re-washed and ran through again. I was told no and that there were not enough bugs on it to rewash it they took a spray bottle and removed a few. When I asked to speak to the manager I was told he is not there and it is his new policy not to re-wash cars. And that he would not be in until Friday. I asked for a card and they did not have one. I have been going to this car wash for a long time until this recent trip I was satisfied. I guess my standard of clean and their standard of clean or two different things. Nice enough. The car wash is the kind with the big spinny blue things that beat on your car which can be potentially dangerous for windshield wipers and radio antenna, but it gets the job done. The vacuums are the best part. read more

My experience at Kaady Carwash was less than enjoyable today. There were two lines to pay. I pulled up to one and the other one came open first. I was in no rush but the lady in the other lane waved me over. There was a low sign I could not see. With the way she directed me in it hit my mirror and left a scuff. I should not have depended on her but oh well! So that sucked. But the worst part was I paid $10 and there are parts of my car that were not touched by this car wash! Other car washes at this price give your car a good handwash before you enter. Kaady only barely touched the windshield. The traffic control around the car wash was a confusing mess too. No one knew where to go! And I really wasn't comfortable with how close i was to the car in front of me. Give it an extra two feet! I just want to personally say how pleased I was with the location on Cornell rd in Hillsboro, OR. I went in just to rinse the dust off my new car and I was thrilled with the experience I had! All of the employees were very engaging and professional. I didn't expect to get the best car wash for seven dollars, and I was happy with how my car looked and the staff were definitely worth more than seven dollars. Everyone was dressed in shirt and ties which is rare in this line of business and there was someone stationed at the exit of the car wash just to wave me goodbye! When working at a place that requires only 5 seconds of customer service, you'd think they'd try to make those 5 seconds friendly. But no. My wheels weren't straight enough, they shouted at me to turn to the left, so I did. Apparently too far though. The man rolled his eyes and reached in and turned the wheel himself. Eh, okay. I opted for the $10 wash, they didn't try to upsell me, which I appreciated. The actual car wash lasted only a minute or two. We never take in our car to get washed or have had the time/need to wash it, but with my grandma coming to visit and our schedules being so busy we thought to give Kaady a try. I absolutely hated the experience. For one, they do not give you any instructions on what to do while you pay. Not everyone is an auto car wash guru, the guy didn't tell me a single thing on what to expect, what gear the car should be in, etc. With my windows rolled up as I approached the screaming load area, I could barely hear what the girl was yelling, and then the machine wouldn't catch onto the car properly and made heart-sinking KER CHUNK sounds.. She was in such a rush to get me crammed immediately behind the car in front of me, and gave me no instructions at all. I'm really concerned the undercarriage got damaged. They were yelling hold the brake without telling me if it should be in drive or neutral or park, they yelled to just hold the brake, then forget it, then put it in neutral, then put it in park, while the car wash was still in operation and it was making horrid 'KER-CHUNK' sounds underneath the car, and they did not explain what I needed to do and kept changing their request. It's an older car and even with me jamming on the brake the operator was still asking if I had the brake on. I was getting so upset and frustrated. Eventually it seemed like they were just sending it through without even finishing the wash as some of the rollers weren't even operating. I paid for premium, and so much of the car was still left quite dirty, and it didn't completely blow off the water so by the time I got home there was already a good coat of dust stuck to it. Very Nice to be able wash your car and not have it take all day! The people who work here are nice and friendly as well especially Katrina who never fails to have a smile no matter rain or shine. Took my new car here. Always hand washed it. Attendant said soft cloth no problem. Well now it has spider web marks all over hood!! The mngr said cused by a sprinkerler! What the! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I got my car washed here and while I was in the car wash I felt a abnormal bump on my drivers side. Once I was done I checked my car and I had scratches down my drivers side. I got a person to come over, take photos, and to file a report. They mention Zed there customer service manager would be in contact in 72 hours. He emailed me the next day and said we could meet the next week at the car wash. I meet with him and he quickly looked over the car. He said it wasn't from the car wash and that it was probably from a parking lot accident. He stated that I do not have to like what he said and he didn't care. He offered his card and left. He was rude and a bully. He didn't care what I had to say he was only there to make sure the company didn't lose money. I tried to tell him that cloth from there brush was JAMMED in the hood of my car and that I felt a bump but he didn't care. I will take this to every outlet possible.
