She is blow dried by hand and not put in a drying cage, which helps Pippa to feel more uncomfortable. Andie has helped us to help Pippa have better grooming practices and behavior to aid her when she visits. She goes in almost weekly to have her ponytail and bow fixed because she doesn't let mom do it yet, but Andie's helping her with that too. Andie always recognizes Pippa and remembers her name and Pippa gives her tons of love and kisses even though she hates the groomer. If you're paying 100 dollars or more, the business owners should be at least cordial. Then there is the grooming. They have NEVER completed trimming and grooming my grandmother's dog. Not once. And my grandmother was always been charged full price. Unacceptable.
