She is certainly fearful, but under the circumstance I felt like the aggression was a reaction to the pain and stress. She had been spayed and a few of her stitches came apart and she got an infection, obviously she was fearful and in pain. In combination, she is a very fearful dog anyways. At All west, they were understanding of our bad experience and they take things at the dogs pace. I appreciate that they are very upfront and clear about pricing and services. The technicians are patient and helpful, the vet has been amazing...and probably more patient with me! The shock is not really a shock but a lil zing that reminds them to pay attention. They embrace putting their collars on daily and enjoy the praise they get for being good boys. Our last name isn't spelled out on Yelp, nor is anyone else's. What occured is detailed here. It was worse than what we disclosed: Cottonwood's veterinarian said our dog's heart was failing. He used a stethescope to make this assessment, not an x-ray. We made an appointment to bring the dog to a cardiologist the next week. The cardiologist found no issues with our dog's heart.

A year later, we adopted another pup and I was so confident taking Stella to them for all of her care. They helped me understand the schedule of things to come - vaccines, heartworm meds, when to spay her, and getting her microchipped (during her spay session). In store was comprehensively put together and had good products, but not as community focused as say a Bridger Feed across the way. I base my review on my pet fence installation, battery replacement policy and the feeling they are more more revenue driven than pet well-being/health concious than Bridger or even Murdochs down the road.
