After I spent about 2-3 minutes looking for a reference photo, she became impatient. When I asked for just two more minutes, they refused and said they had another customer coming in 25 minutes, suggesting I come back later. I think this is inappropriate behavior - you shouldn't turn away customers because they're trying to explain what they want. As a hair salon, you have an obligation to understand your customers' needs. The time allocated seems clearly too short and doesn't match the price. I won't be coming back and I'm leaving this negative review hoping other customers can avoid having the same experience.
