Exceptional response time, rates, and service! I had a decent sized fold/dent on the rear quarter panel of my minivan. I brought the vehicle in to two separate collision centers for a quote. The quotes I received ranged from $1,300 - $1,500. Luckily, one of the collision centers recommended I try to contact a mobile dent repair company. Let's be honest, $1,300 is too much money to spend on a minivan dent. I called Roy on a Friday morning. He answered within two rings, and had me text him photos of the damage over the phone. I set up a same-day appointment and he was at my residence within two hours. Roy really does quality work. I chose him based on other Yelp reviews, and I am very glad I did. I saved 85% on the quoted rates from a collision center. read more

Another excellent job. Roy worked on my motorcycle - a small rock ding, and did an excellent job. This time it was a bump - not a dent, in my door panel. He thought it was from a piece of glass that got wedged between the door panel support and the actual door panel, pushing the panel out from the inside. Must have been from a broken window with the previous owner. At first he was hesitant and wasn't so sure he could fix it but said he'd give it a try. About a half hour later the bump was indistinguishable unless we looked with a magnifying glass! Money well spent. And he came to my place as well. Tough to beat - reasonable, excellent work, talented, and a nice guy. read more

Roy at Pristine Dent Repair was the only dent service to call me back when I had an emergency repair needing same-day service, and I'm so very glad he did. Roy did an amazing job! Roy was thorough, quick, professional, and reasonably priced. He kindly and patiently explained anything we were curious about concerning the process. We ended up making the repair call a family affair, and Roy also quickly and expertly pulled a dent from my dad's old and highly prized Chevy that's been plaguing him for a while. I recommend Roy to everyone and anyone needing dent repair. Thank you Roy!! read more

Figures, I get a new car and I get a extremely noticeable dent! Roy did a great job repairing a door dent in the worst possible spot on my rear fender. He took his time, and made sure to not danage the paint or clear coat, especially when I'm about to move to an area with snow and ice. It looks great! He was recommended to me by my sales guy at VW, and I'm glad I went with him. He was fair, honest, and fast to respond to calls. He even tried to work out another dent that I had while he was there. Great customer service, and really nice guy! read more

He was also able to service our car at our own house, which was a huge convenience. Roy was extremely professional and provided excellent customer services! If you need a dent removed Roy is the guy to call. I had a significantly big dent in the hood of my car from someone who decided to sit on it. I messaged him and within an hour he replied. He came out the very next day and gave me his honest opinion. Even though it was a very tricky dent he went for it and the results were amazing. My hood looks as if nothing had ever happened to it. His price was more than fair and I am very pleased with the results. If you are looking to remove your dent look no further Roy is the guy to go to. read more

Roy did an amazing job on our Porsche 718 removing a nickel sized dent as a result of an SUV door hitting just above the rear body panel above the tire. Requested a quote online and received an email back within 5 minutes. Called Roy explained the dent and since he was in the area he showed up in an hour on a Saturday and completed the work in 40 minutes. Cannot see that a dent was even there, I would highly recommend Roy and his Pristine Dent Repair service. read more

Have never met Roy. Called him to make an a appointment. Came to my home within 1/2 hour. Roy was Great, very friendly and honest. A softball hit my hood in an area which made it difficult to open the hood completely. He fiixed it so I could open it. Recommended a repair shop and got a quote for me. He refused to charge me. Roy did a great job at removing two dents that were located in a difficult spot to remove. Other body shops told me that one of the dents would required the door panel to be repainted but Roy was able to do it at my own house without having my car at the shop. He also cleared my headlights at no additional cost. Definitely recommend Pristine Dent Repair. A+ service! ...reasonable price read more
