I bought a brand new car and four days later a branch fell on my hood when I was driving. Just my luck! Roy was recommended by a friend so I gave him a call. He responded within 2 minutes of me leaving a message and came out to my place of work the next day. My dent was deep and in a tricky place on the hood that was not easily accessible from the back. I left him to his work and 20 minutes later I came out to find a BARELY visible remnant of the dent! His price was more than fair and the result was fantastic. Pristine was recommended by DentExpert in Santa Cruz. The dent that I had was evidently more of Pristine's expertise. Sent Roy a text with photo's and received a call within minutes. Made an appointment for the same day and he even arrived early. The dent was not large but in one of the worst areas possible on my 2017 black challenger. About the size of a quarter but it was the first thing I saw every time I took it out. Quoted me something ridiculously low so I of course agreed, would have paid more. Less than an hour later he was done and asked me to inspect. I couldn't find it, even took another couple of minor ones out at no charge. After he left I had about 4 other people try to find the repair, they failed as well. I don't know what sorcery Roy uses, but it works flawlessly.
