We did not have a good experience. They were quick to get the job done and receive payment, but after only two months of having our new concrete put in by Pristine Cleaning and Concrete it's already cracking in multiple spots around our back patio. If you have the option go with another concrete company that will take their time and do it right the first time so you won't have to get it redone so quickly. I can't recommend enough that people stay away from this company. Everything about their performance and work was unprofessional. I work for a private estate and we had a lot of stamped concrete being put in, the homeowners chose the more affordable price which inevitably backfired on us. They first told us they could match the color for the new poured concrete with the current, that immediately was a lie since our original was a sage tint and the new was more charcoal. So they planned to stain the old to help it match better, which they didn't even remotely prep or do correctly since the stain started coming off within the following month. (they tried to get away with 1-2 passes even though it was incredibly streaky). They did a path that connects two houses and there's maybe a few small sections that are a consistent 4' wide, the rest of it is incredibly uneven as thought no one understood how a measuring tape works. Now the true headache, they ran a concrete hose across our tennis court without any preparations or precautions taken. So they proceeded to trample through the court with concrete covered boots and left it there as it hardened. They believed they could pressure wash it off which led to them pressure washing through the surface, absolutely ruining it. We've been dealing with them avoiding the responsibility and trying to pawn us off on their insurance who has denied their claim over and over because the damage was their fault. So now the owners are ghosting us and ignoring the fact that they owe $12k to resurface a tennis court. All of this combined with how disrespectful their employees were by leaving constant food, waste and empty beer cans everywhere they went, even though they're on someone's private estate. This is by far one of the worst companies I've ever hired and I can't emphasize enough how incompetent they are at the work the claim to "specialize" in. read more

They also removed and hauled away the brick wall we wanted removed. They didn't charge us for the removal and gave us an Easter discount. I hired Pristine Cleaning and Concrete to install a pad for a hot tub. They poured the pad around one of the caissons for our deck, but did not pour enough to bring the pad up to the level of the caisson itself. As a result, the caisson is about 2 inches higher than the pad, making the pad unusable as is. The easy solution would have been to lower the caisson. I even offered to do this myself if they would provide the tools, but the only thing they wanted to do was charge me more money to add another layer of concrete to bring the pad level with the caisson. Even though the pad they poured was clearly unusable for its intended purpose, they refused to make it right. Miguel said it was my fault because I saw where they had set the forms before they poured. However, I had no idea that he wasn't going to bring the concrete to the level of the caisson, which was obviously what was needed to provide the contractually agreed upon pad size. Miguel was responsive and good to work with before and during the pour itself. His prices seem reasonable and his crew was capable and efficient. However, he will likely insist you pay with cash, meaning that if anything goes wrong (as it did in my case) you are S.O.L. Buyer beware! read more

Not very happy with this company. I paid this company premium money to do a Patio. A Sidewalk & a Retaining wall all simultaneously, which was a big mistake on my part. I found Prestine cleaning & Concrete on Service Advisor. Thinking that they were honest and reliable. They came out as I explained the projects I wanted done. They informed me they could handle all 3 projects at once. I was skeptical about it at first, but figured if they were listed on Home Advisor I would take the chance. Everything seemed to start out alright. Once the patio was poured I noticed the back door pad did not line up with the patio pad. The back door pad was formed off which didn't match up with the patio which I didn't catch until it was to late. I would have thought they would have corrected it upon finishing. Instead they finished with two off set expansion joints. So, when they formed & poured my front sidewalk. They used 1/2 inch osb strips instead of 2x4's which I thought was code. When they poured the concrete it came out all wide and narrow, high & low nothing level from the osb wood strips shifting by not being strong enough to support the concrete. To add insult upon injury the company rep tried to to tell me that it was done was right but decided to tear it out and replace it after I threatened to bring the building dept down. They poured it right the second time. But left the mess for me to clean up. The retaining wall was formed and poured but was not finished on bottom of the wall, the same was with the patio retaining wall. They promised they would correct it after I pointed it out. They set a time to come out a week later to correct it. They never showed up after all the promises. Instead all they could say was they are to busy working. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Not impressed. Shame on you Pristine Cleaning & Concrete. read more

These guys did a great job for me! I had completed a patio and sidewalk, with stamped, grey concrete. Miguel and his crew, including his dad, did everything right. On day one, I called them and they immediately called me back. The next day, they came out and gave me a fair and reasonable bid. I was very specific and picky regarding what I wanted done. I prepared the work area very well for them. On the day of the work, about eight of them showed up and they went to town. They laid their forms, poured the cement, patterned it, and finish the job exactly as I had requested. It turned out beautiful.
