Pristine Clean (Keenan) performed superbly - our solar panels look like new and he completed the work in a timely manner...he even cleaned off debris rom the neighboring trees from our roof. We strongly recommend Pristine Clean for all your solar panel cleaning needs! read more

I do quite a bit of property management and tenant turnover. I started using Dennis for carpet cleaning about a year ago and every experience has been 5 star. He will meet you at the property and give you an estimate prior to starting the job. Also, he will let you know ahead of time if he sees any problem areas. He is prompt, always answers his phone, returns calls as promised. He has been in the business for about 25 years and really knows carpet, even to telling you about the approximate age of your carpet (in case you need to know!) Every carpet he has cleaned for me has been a perfect job! I can highly recommend Dennis and Pristine Clean! read more

I had Dennis clean my parents white wool carpet that hadn't been cleaned in years. It came out amazing and looking new again. Can't thank you enough!!! Thanks again! read more

Pristine is a top-notch outfit that is reasonably priced, prompt, and efficient. We had an emergency and Dennis went out of his way to take care of every need we had. I can't recommend him enough. We already scheduled our next project with him! read more

Pre-service review: I've called about 5 other carpet cleaning services and all of them were answered by machines or voice recordings, one company, Master Cleaners, did answer but was very rude, interruptive, and tried to charge 89 cents per sq foot. Finally I found this company that actually answered! The owner was very quick to return calls, get proper information, and a quick quote over the phone(39 cents per sq foot). After some research on the company's website I found out that the owner is very dedicated to his work and cares about the customer in every way possible. This seems to be too good to be true for a carpet cleaning service. Post work review: Dennis came on time, and was able to preform his service at my building which is three stories up. He was very informational, quick and left the carpets in great condition. read more

I had Dennis come out and clean our 2 carpeted rooms before we moved out. They were very small rooms so I appreciated how affordable it was. Dennis was very professional, on-time (actually a bit early which worked out better) and it didn't take too long. One major thing I want to point out is that he answered the call after 5:30pm and was able to schedule me for the next day...every other carpet cleaning company I called went to voicemail. Thanks again Dennis!! read more

Did a good job however, I mentioned a problem area which had a deep rust stain (probably from metal feet resting on a damp carpet after the last tenant moved in). Dennis mentioned that he had a special cleaner for rust which worked fairly well but not guaranteed to completely remove the stain. I returned that afternoon to find the rust stain had not been worked on at all. Looked pretty bad so I tried plain water using a towel and to my surprise, 90% of the stain was removed (only a slight discoloration). Dennis probably forgot to deal with it. read more

Dennis provides fast, amazing service. My mother had a serious fall in her apartment, went into the hospital and I needed someone to clean her carpets before she returned home. I called Pristine Clean Monday morning, explained that my mother was coming home that day and we needed clean carpets for her. Dennis was so cooperative and agreed to meet me at 12:30 to do the job. When he arrived he could not locate a hose bib near her apartment wall, stretched across the driveway and solved the problem. he did a great job on short notice and she was delighted at how clean her carpets were. So was I. I highly recommend him. He was the only one of 3 companies I called who even called back. I will call no one else in the future. read more

Anytime I need my carpets or furniture cleaned I always call Dennis!!! If you have pets & stains, he's got the magic carpet cleaner to make your house feel new again... Great work, love this guy! He's done 3 different houses for me when I moved out & came on the fly when ever my pet had an accident. This guy has helped me get all my deposits back! HIGHLY RECOMMEND. read more

Dennis just left a couple hours ago after cleaning our carpets for the third time and he is amazing. Somehow we managed to choose a house to rent with carpets that get dirty incredibly quickly, not to mention owning a big dog. No matter how bad the carpets get, he manages to make them look brand new in just a couple hours. He is professional, friendly, works quickly, and even created his own cleaning solutions for the carpets in our house. I would highly recommend his work, and will have him back again in 6 months to do the post winter clean. read more

Dennis did a great job on my tile cleaning but what I really appreciated was the quick responses from him and scheduling. There's a real value in picking up your phone, being responsive, scheduling quickly and coming in and out without hassle. Within two days of my initial phone call, Dennis had the job done. He is very flexible and easy to work with. In the midst of my move, I was so busy I forgot the key to my new house and when Dennis showed up, I couldn't let him in and then I realized that our water was turned off! Dennis didn't sweat it and we made it all work. With all that, the price was right as well. We will definitely use Dennis again. read more

Dennis did a great job and very professional. Carpet is pristine thanks for a job well done

Pristine Clean did a fine job with our very old carpeting. It's white and that's difficult with pets and children. They charge a fair price. Not a bargain, but he is trustworthy. read more

Dennis was prompt on time, got us in with in a reasonable time frame and did a fantastic job. I will use Pristine Clean for all my carpet cleaning needs. I was extremely busy and crushed for time between appointments and he worked around my schedule while I was trying to get ready and juggling pets while he was here. Thank you Dennis, sorry about the crazyness and i appriciate the job you did! read more

I had a great experience with this company..best carpet cleaning I have ever had. Very friendly and was able to tell me the things to do and not to do with my carpet to make it last longer. If you want good service and amazing results this is the place to go read more

Dennis did an excellent job bringing our furniture back to life after it went through two moves. He is very educated and thorough. I also felt he was very trustworthy. We are new to the area and he took extra time to offer ideas and suggestions to help get us better acquainted with the area. We only had him do our furniture and area rug on this visit, but we plan to have him back for carpet and leather cleaning. I'd highly recommend Pristine Clean for you upholstery, carpet, leather, and tile needs. read more

Great job on carpets (they look new!) but he is not equipped to dry clean upholstery. Check labels on your couch first.

Great service, nice guy. Has come to clean our carpets a couple of times and is very good and friendly. I will only go with Dennis to have my carpets cleaned from this point forward. He was able to come over with short notice and was very accommodating with my super busy schedule. If you are looking for a great honest guy, Dennis is your man. read more

Dennis at Pristine Clean is a very knowledgeable, honest, and an attentive business owner. You can tell he values his business and customers. Calling for a quote and scheduling the service was friendly, easy, and he scheduled us in very quickly. Day of cleaning he was on time and ready to go. You can tell he knows his carpets and the process that he uses. He answered any questions that my landlord or I had with very educated and professional information describing all the different product choices and the benefits or risks depending on carpet types and age. Once the cleaning was done the carpet looked great especially for very aged carpet in a rental house. Dennis brought it back to life. I would definitely use Pristine Clean again and Dennis is a great local business owner. read more
