Very professional, good service, thorough, and personable. He did a great job. I would highly recommend him.

I own Team LP Fitness Playground, a fitness studio in Santa Rosa. I have been doing business at this location for 13 years and have tried six carpet cleaning companies. During these 13 years, the only company that succeeded in getting my carpets sparkling clean was Esteam Carpet and Tile Care. Unfortunately, Esteam was later bought by another company. When I tried the new company's services, I did not see the same quality of cleaning or customer service as Esteam provided! Fast forward to today - I have found the perfect match!! Jason, the owner and operator of Premiere Carpet Cleaning, measured the space that needed cleaning. He gave me a quote slightly higher than I had previously paid, but I thought I would give him a shot. After all, my father taught me that "you get what you pay for." The quality of his detailed carpet cleaning was worth the extra cost. Jason arrived on time for our scheduled appointment and did an incredible job cleaning our carpets. Jason also mentioned that he would return at NO EXTRA CHARGE over the next year to clean any small areas of my gym carpet that needed attention. I assume the extra visits he offered were priced into the quote. I will take him up on his No-Extra-Charge offer if necessary! Overall, I recommend Premiere Carpet Cleaning with FIVE STARS and two BIG THUMBS UP to anyone searching for top-notch, quality carpet cleaning services. Jason is reliable and works diligently to ensure the job is done perfectly. THANK YOU, Jason!! read more

I called Jason on a Thursday and needed to get our carpets cleaned on short notice because of another project that got scheduled for Tuesday, much quicker than I had expected. Though he doesn't usually work on Saturdays, Jason came on Saturday and did a fantastic job. The carpet looks like new, and the 16 stairs are perfect! The price was reasonable, the work great, and couldn't be a nicer fellow doing the work. It's a small business, too, which I like supporting! Thanks, Jason! read more

Jason was efficient and thorough, also gave some great suggestions for self- cleaning should problems arise.

Jason is a terrific guy who really knows his carpets. He knew the material of each type of carpet in my home and gave me an accurate estimate of the cost to clean each of them. Did a great job cleaning them, but what was most impressive was that a hose pump broke, and he drove 50 miles to arrange immediate equipment repair and returned a few hours later to finish the job. He exhibits the highest standards of professionalism. I will use him again. read more

My carpets are very old and very badly stained with I don't know] what plus pet stains. Premier deep cleaned them and it was expensive but such a great job so far and they guarantee if the stains come back within the year, they will come out and fix that. It was well worth it for me as I just moved in about 6 months ago and the cleaning done before I moved in only looked good for about 2 days. This is holding up very well so far but it has only been a few days. The quality of the work and Jason's friendly and jovial personality made this a job well worth having done. read more

I was in a jam since my tenants were moving in tomorrow and the upstairs carpet needed to be cleaned. I called Premier Carpet Cleaning at the 11th hour around 3:45 pm and explained to Heather that I really needed someone to clean my carpet. At first she said that it was the end of the day and they were completely booked. Then in 15 minutes I got a call back from her and said that they could help me and someone could be there in 1/2 hour. Jason, the owner and his brother showed up. They were polite, pleasant, professional, and approachable. They did a great job cleaning my carpet and saved the day. I highly recommend them. I promise you won't regret hiring them. read more

The two one-star reviews cannot be for this company. The owner/operator's name is Jason, not Alex or Nick. Those reviewers are from San Francisco, and Jason doesn't operate outside Sonoma County and occasionally Napa. Jason is the bomb. He does great work and gives top-of-the-line customer service. And he's a funny guy, too! read more

Premier is amazing! Jason was able to come right out, give me a couple choices for services for a carpet I was afraid was a lost cause. They set to work once we discussed my options, the carpet was good as new within hours, the price was reasonable and the service was fantastic. I received a follow up call to ensure that I was thrilled and that the carpet had remained spotless after drying (which it had) with an offer for a touch up if needed. I am a Realtor and presentation, quality work and timing is everything. Jason and Premier Carpet Cleaning are my go-to vendor for all my clients. read more

Premier Carpet Cleaning is not only incredibly professional, they just saved me thousands of dollars! Realtors advised me to have my Mother's carpets replaced before putting her house on the market. They were 17 years old, filthy and had bubbles in every room. Jason and his crew stretched and cleaned the carpets, and while they were still 17 years old they looked remarkably better. The house sold in 3 days, and for more money than we asked for - the buyers never mentioned the carpet nor asked for any kind of a credit towards replacing them. Hiring Premier was an excellent business decision. I recommend Jason without hesitation. Wendy read more
