We got three different quotes and recommendations for a replacement 5 ton unit, and Honest Air Care's knowledge, transparency, flexibility, and price once again caused us to choose them. They offered several different models we could choose from, spanning the spectrum of discount and premium traditional heatpumps as well as newer inverter models (one of which we ultimately selected) with a couple different price/efficiency points. They were really the only one to do that, the others seemed to have their old school model and brand they liked and wanted to stick with it (which is entirely reasonable, but not what we wanted). They also communicated pretty well, answering an emailed question and responding on the phone. They replaced our rooftop unit, redid the connector and roof integration to account for changes in form factor, and added three new vents into our bedrooms to account for the additional air flow required (and improve night time cooling effectiveness), all in one day. They cleaned everything up nice and repaired any damage they'd caused. Really a top notch operation.

They did a great job on the installation of my new unit and subsequent followups annually for maintenance. Two months ago, end of July, I came home to a hot & humid house at 2 in the afternoon. I called Michelle at Kingco and within a couple hours the service manager, Michael was at my door! After diagnosing the problem, he was able to get the unit going temporarily and said my unit would need to be replaced. 2 days later the installation crew arrived at 7 AM and by 9 AM I was enjoying cool air once again!
