    I worked at this dental office as a dental assistant, and unfortunately my experience was extremely…read moreunprofessional and emotionally draining. The environment was toxic, and staff were frequently yelled at, belittled, and treated with disrespect. The doctor had severe anger issues and would often scream at employees over small mistakes or situations that were out of our control, making staff feel intimidated and worthless. One incident that pushed me to finally quit happened after an autistic patient came into the office. None of the staff were properly trained or qualified to handle patients with special needs, yet we were still expected to manage the situation without guidance. After the appointment became difficult, instead of handling it professionally, the doctor came into the back and started screaming at me, saying I was "useless" and questioning why I was even there. He aggressively spoke with his hands up while yelling at me, and I honestly felt scared and intimidated in that moment. I was backing away because I feared the situation was going to escalate further. When I told him I needed to walk away, he yelled "GO WALK AWAY" at me while I was already crying. What made the situation even worse was hearing staff make rude and insensitive comments afterward about the autistic patient, which I found completely inappropriate and unprofessional. After I went to management to say I was quitting, the response I received was cold, dismissive, and unprofessional, which confirmed for me that this behavior was accepted in the office culture. No employee deserves to be screamed at, humiliated, or made to feel unsafe at work. In my opinion, this office lacks professionalism, compassion, respect, and proper patient care. I would never recommend working here or trusting this office with your dental care.
