Having said this, the hygienists and dentists seem skilled, it's just the office staff who are dishonest in what feels like a lack of information in order to get a sale. I then have my insurance call them so they can provide them the details of the provider to send the referral to and they refuse, saying my son needs to be seen. But then say they don't see kids. The manager was willing to give me a referral to a place I'd have to pay out of pocket money to, but not the place that accepts my insurance. Then the manager refused to speak with me while I had my insurance on the phone. Don't go here. It's a money grab with poor service.
