She knows how to connect with her patients and really tailors her visits to the individual kid by mentioning things she can tell they like. She has a very special way of working with kids. She is amazing. I am so fortunate to have found such a wonderful person who makes my daughter smile and laugh throughout her appointments. Dr. Lin the dentist is amazing as well! At my daughter's very first dentist visit she was really worried which Dr. Lin could sense. He left the room and came back with a special balloon for her which instantly made her feel more comfortable. He has a kind and gentle demeanor that makes kids and parents feel comfortable. Unlike other pediatric dentists offices, this office allows the parents back in the exam/cleaning room with the children which was important to me. This office is wonderful in so many ways. Another great quality is that they are very open and upfront about costs and what your insurance (or dental discount plan) will and will not cover. That takes a huge stress off trying to manage the health and finances of your family. They are very kid friendly, but also very professional. It's been 5 years now and even with all the cavities my kids have had they do not fear the dentist. From the receptionists to the dentists everyone is kind and friendly. I also love that they've never once scolded my kids for being a kid. They will ask them to stop misbehaving if I'm concentrating on the billing or speaking with the dentist, but it's never said as a way to shame the child or the parent and to me this kind of positive influence from professionals is essential.

Right after leaving, I received a call saying they suddenly had nothing to offer and instead wanted someone with more experience despite previously saying experience was not required. The issue is not being rejected. The issue is wasting applicants' unpaid time while giving mixed messages about hiring expectations. If you are truly looking for experienced staff only, be upfront about that before having people come in for multiple shadowing shifts.

They are the rudest, most condescending dental office I have ever visited. They try their hardest to separate parents from the children so that parents don't know what's going on during appointments. If you ask questions they make you feel stupid and talk down to you. They tell you that you have to use their "lingo" in the office and now make you sign a paper agreeing to it! For example, If you say "pulled" tooth or ask questions about the procedure their eyes get big and they get visibly angry. On one of our visits the dentist finished the exam and then casually said, "we're going to send that tooth to the tooth fairy." I was a bit taken back and said, "I'm sorry, does that mean you think you need to pull this tooth?" And he snapped at me and said, "what do you THINK that means?!" I have never, ever been treated like this by a dentist before and after 2.5 years of dealing with interactions like this by their entire staff, we've had enough and don't trust any of their recommendations. Definitely go elsewhere!

After my last experience of being lectured for the majority of the appointment by the hygenist, I left upset and was hesitant to follow through on going to make my next cleaning appointment. They consistently miss quote procedures and even after paying in full they regularly add extra charges that "insurance didn't cover" and I'm talking $600 plus. When asked what it was for nobody there was able to tell us and they just charged it onto my son's bill without authorization. When we called to ask why, they didn't know and said they would refund us the money. When we didn't get the refund we called back a month and half later, the person also didn't know why and then finally they refunded us. A few wks later we get a call from collections for that amount. What's crazy is the charge is from 2023 and was never sent to collections then. We also had more treatments done in between that time frame and nobody mentioned the charge. This wasn't the first time they did this and are now losing a family of business. I have always paid them and we have spent thousands a year or more. Again the Dentist is great but don't go here unless you want to be overcharged.

He built the bone back up it took 6 moths to heal, and now I was finally able to get my implant, the implant post is in and had no problems, no pain really. Dr.Pottorf and staff are great. I'm so glad I was referred to him. He gets a double AA+ from me and a huge recommendation.
