The 1st one was TNHHS Team Nurses Home Health Services, Inc. They gave me the runaround on the phone all day Monday & Tuesday no one ever called me to schedule my wound care or PT. By end of day on Tuesday I called my primary doctor office to get a new referral for home support. Wednesday morning I called the new referral authorization they said they did not have the authorization yet even though I gave them the number. I destiny home health.com/ waited 5 hours & called back still they had not received authorization. I call my medical center back ask them to fax it to Destiny home, I waited 20 minutes & called them back to see if the received the authorization and believe it or she then told me they don't have staff to cover & was rerouting my authorization back to my pro. All these purr fits are so unprofessional unbelievable. Not even my dr will reach out to to assist. SAD PART IS IM AFRAID OF NOT PROPERLY HEALING BECAUSE I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT PT EXERCISES I NEED TO START ON MYSELF. BECAUSE I WAS TOLD BY THELMA OFFICE MANAGER THAT IT WOULD BE ANOTHER 2 WEEK TO GET A NEW APPROVAL.

He's personable, remembers your name, and genuinely makes you feel known and cared for. The whole office just has really cool, welcoming vibes. The staff is always friendly, the space is clean, and they accept insurance, which makes everything super affordable. Even when it's busy, they have another site available for additional therapy services, which is really convenient. The only recent change is that therapy services now have an additional cost, but they do offer memberships that make it much more affordable. If you're new, it won't feel like a change, but for long-time patients, it's just something to note. They also offer acupuncture and massages, and if your insurance covers it, those services can often be billed through insurance as well, which is awesome. Overall, five stars. Highly recommend!

The doctor will be all smiles at patients and as soon as they are out of sight the doctor changes his tone directed at staff. odd. Mornings were too inconsistent for me. It was normal for the movement center to not be open on time. I would walk back to the main building and track down staff to assist me. On more than one occasion I just left. It's not just them. The doctors don't keep a consistent schedule. They are late to appointments or randomly leave skipping appointments all together. I tried adjusting. I stopped scheduling in the morning or near lunch or near closing. Then I just stopped scheduling all together.

When Dr. Donaldson entered, he didn't speak or introduce himself. Instead, he reached out and attempted to disconnect the urgent call I was wrapping up. Rather than continuing with the appointment--one I had been waiting over six months for--he left without seeing me. Junge, Dr. Donaldson's found this to be exceedingly entertaining, or that is what I assumed by his smile and laughter. ***Edited to add:*** Against my better judgment, I allowed Junge to participate in my care today with Dr. Donaldson, despite explicitly informing him beforehand that I do not participate in any educational activities involving bringing others into the session. Junge either lacked awareness or disregarded my boundaries, which is concerning given his stated pursuit of a fellowship following clinical practice--yet he showed no regard for the importance of cultural sensitivity or patient autonomy. His conduct throughout the interaction was unprofessional, characterized by condescension, dismissiveness, and language that suggests underlying racial bias. His behavior was less respectful than expected from a healthcare provider and reflected prejudice rooted in preconceived notions rather than clinical judgment. Notably, Junge labeled me as "combative" based on subjective impressions, revealing a reliance on stereotypes and a failure to understand or respect my concerns. This unprofessional assessment unduly influenced the supervising physician, who accepted these biased characterizations without scrutiny, thus perpetuating unjust and unequal treatment. Additionally, Junge blatantly ignored my clear statement that I did not want to participate in any educational efforts by bringing others into the appointment, demonstrating a lack of respect for my autonomy and boundaries. Such behavior highlights a problematic attitude toward patient rights and diversity. To address these serious issues, Junge would benefit immensely from targeted implicit bias training and cultural competency courses designed to improve interactions with patients of diverse backgrounds. These interventions are crucial to fostering equitable, respectful, and culturally sensitive healthcare practices, and to preventing future instances of discriminatory behavior.

In my first visit, he asked me why I was there, I explained I had severe knee pain and it felt very similar to what I experienced in my other knee, which was a meniscus tear. Out of nowhere he began to chastise me and question why I was even there since I seemed to already know what my issue was. I was thrown off from his unprofessional attitude and especially since I just met him. I let him know I was only responding to his initial question. Clearly he was irritated by something and probably having a bad day, but it was very unprofessional to take it out on a patient who is in real pain and seeking his care. I made sure to get out of that office right away. I had my follow up with him after my MRI, and sure enough, it confirmed I had a torn meniscus. As I mentioned, I just figured he was having a bad day on my first appointment so I went into this one with an open mind. Although he wasn't rude in this appointment, he showed little care and I would describe him as aloof, at best. After these two appointments, was clear I needed to find another doctor.

The surgery was quick and his follow up was great. I'm still in aftercare with him and he seems to show legitimate concern for my recovery. I actually enjoy my office visits. Like, I could hangout with this guy and it would be a blast.
