Warren and Shon completed the booster treatment in the crawlspace, garage and exterior and did the installation, drilling and work with complete professionalism and dedication. They were timely and called me with their arrival details. Warren explained the process and warranty and Shon answered all my other questions. The new treatment lasts 15 years so the cost of renewal is well worth it. You then do annual warranty appointments to check on the property and it is very easy. Warren and Shon were incredible! I also use Neuse for pest control at a rental property and this side of the house is also very professional in what they do. He found no termite activity and said the stair damage was from wood rot/water damage. I really appreciate the time he spent inspecting the house and explaining what he found, especially since he didn't charge anything for the inspection. What really impressed me was that he didn't try to push me into buying a treatment or maintenance program. He gave me some options for preventative treatment, if I so desired, but didn't push me to have anything done. Just said to let him know if later I decided I was interested in doing something.
