I was interested in a crv hybrid. They wanted 13 thousand over Sticker price because they don't have any in stock except for the demo car. They also said that if I buy the car I can't have it because they need to let other people drive it even though I own it. Because they need a demo car. They also would have to reevaluate my trade in because I will putting mileage on it. read more

Be prepared to wait. Even with an appointment scheduled we were told to wait over 1 hour 45 minutes just for a state inspection.

Just went to Priority Honda the other day and they offered me 3.5k less for my trade and tried to tack on a 6k "market adjustment" for a 2023 Accord Hybrid. So obviously I refused shopped around and found another local dealership and saved 9.5k compared to what they were trying to get for a 40k car. Please shop around for the best price and probably just leave this joint off the list. read more

Great service center. I've used them from the purchase of my accord. Would highly recommend.

Every time I come here the sales people are always on point and I always rate them 5 stars. However, once your done with sales you have to deal with grumpy finance people and sit and wait forever for someone to sell you an additional service you don't want. If I could go to this place and only deal with the sales people, but my car and leave I would give 5*. But the companies policies are so strict that it makes the buying experience slightly miserable every time. I have now bought three cars at this place and always leave feeling the same way. read more

Had to get my car service. Getting an appointment online was easy. Got there and service was excellent. Thanks

Sales dept and finance department sorely lacking. I asked about gap insurance and was told my insurance needed to provide that. My insurance company doesn't even provide gap insurance. I was told if I wanted gap insurance written into my loan I would have to give them money. What the heck? Now I'm driving around worried. Thanks priority Honda. Thanks hunter thanks Ron read more

Purchased HRV. Received a fair value for trade in and price on new HRV. Sale person was helpful during the process.

Bought a new Ridgeline a few days ago. My salesman, the finance manager and general manager all worked very hard to make me satisfied. Had a small electrical issue which was no fault of the dealership. They repaired it very quickly and the service manager himself drove the truck to my house to deliver it. I am impressed. read more

Worst service ever. People talk down to you and don't care. Never will I come back. They charge $180 for a part that autozone sells for $55 horrible people there. I highly recommend going somewhere else. read more

We've bought multiple vehicles from Priority Honda but will NEVER buy from them again. We purchased service contracts on a few of our vehicles and have gone through h*** trying to cancel them if we traded or sold a vehicle. DO NOT BUY AN EXTENDED SERVICE CONTRACT FROM THIS DEALER!!! We currently have been trying to get our refund from Priority Honda/Corporate since JULY and recently was told by the new employee taking over the job of contract cancellations, that the previous employees who are no longer there messed them up so bad that there were so many she had to correct and that it was such a big mess. This is not the first time we were dealing with someone who all of a sudden we're no longer there. This time around it was the finance manager at the dealership and the corporate employee handling the refunds. I believe the person I spoke with over the last month is no longer there either. She was obviously overwhelmed by the mess that she inherited. When I emailed the dealership about this problem after not getting a reply from employees who were supposedly handling our issue, the only phone call I received was from someone asking what car we wanted to purchase! I told the person my inquiry was a complaint and she told me she was forwarding my email to the person who handled the problem. If she could see my email, why would she call me about purchasing a new vehicle??? The new refund employee trying to decipher the issue with our refund is no longer answering the phone or returning our calls. Last time I spoke with her, she said they have to wait for the check issued back in early October to be returned to them because it was sent to a very old address. Priority - we gave you our current address multiple times but you still screwed it up!! This has to be the worst run dealer we have ever dealt with. On top of their incompetence, the finance guy, who is no longer there, had the nerve to be condescending in his email directing me to the corporate lady who handles service contract refunds. UNPROFESSIONAL, HIGH TURNOVER, INCOMPETENCE and LOUSY CUSTOMER SERVICE. If I get resolution to this ongoing problem, I will gladly update the rating and comments. Right now I would give them minus 5 stars if I could. read more

Priority Honda - Car Dealers Near Me - Chesapeake, Virginia

Great experience. Found the car we were looking for online, contacted the dealership and was on our 24 hour test drive as soon as we made it to the dealership. Steven was efficient and did not try to sell us on any other vehicle. Returned the next day with all of our required paperwork, and we were on our way within an hour. Thank you! read more

If I could give them a negative star I would. Between the Danny not returning calls and giving keys to cars that have not been approved. Getting back My nieces down payment was like walking on water. The manager Matt told us that it would be ready and we had to wait forever while he so called "spoke to a customer". I guess we are not that important we waited almost an hour, and the check was not ready matter of fact he never had it cut. Danny Lopez..worse salesperson I have ever met. I have a Priority car, but I will never buy from Priority Honda on Battlefield in Chesapeake, VA. read more

My experience at Priority Honda was an awesome one. The Staff is very friendly and courteous and my Salesperson Kemonii was awesome!

Needless to say, quite disappointed with my experience here. My wife and I went in last Saturday to purchase not one, but two new cars, and left without cars and wasted our time. When we got there we met with a sales rep who was good, but was busy. So he had another rep help us with the test drive. Not only did he not know anything about the vehicles, but while trying to ask questions was on his phone the entire time in the backseat texting. Thankfully the rep we came to see stepped in and he was much better. Although the back area where the reps are had a bunch of dudes acting like it was a party more than a place of real business. Then the negotiations start and they bring out the worksheet showing a price of $17k for trade in on each of our vehicles. Just when we were thought we were getting close, the Manager comes over within two minutes and says, "Nevermind I'll only give you $14k now for your trade ins". So basically $6k vanished in two minutes? The excuse: we put in the wrong model numbers even though they had the VIN numbers. So I guess what's in writing doesn't stick? We left and then I get a call about my experience and explain my frustrations and advise that our vehicles are selling at local dealers like Carmax for $21k - $22k and this rep says, "Well Carmax doesn't really have much experience with used cars." That's all that a Carmax does is sell used cars! Then I was told they'd do anything they could to "earn my business" and was promised a follow up offer via email which two days later, nothing. Needless to say, they make give you Priorities for Life, but that's at the expense of your time and management that will change your deal at the drop of a hat. Didn't feel at all like they even cared about really making a deal, we were just another customer in the game. Management needs to really rethink the term "earning your business" especially when other dealers are out there. read more

It's been almost 5 years since I bought my Accord from Priority Honda. The sales process went smoothly. Yes, they try to upsell services - they're a business and these products may be useful to some customers. Great showroom with TVs, a movie theater(!) good free coffee, a Honda swag shop and plenty of tables and open space. I've visited their service department twice for two recall / TSB services and each time my wait was minimal & pleasant. I don't take advantage of their 'free' oil changes for life simply because I live 90+ minutes away and like to wrench my own rides anyways. I hope my next Honda comes from here! Stopped by this afternoon to see about finding a replacement car for my lease. Craig was a nice guy very professional. My problem was when I told him what I was trying to do he went somewhere to do whatever he had to do he came back said there were no manual civics coming in. Ok I understand it's not like it's a high commodity car. When I asked if he could order one for me I was speechless he said no not this month. I never asked about this month I know things are crazy but I asked him in general if he could order one he said that there's 1 SI coming in but there's a $6000 market adjustment being put on it. That's where I was like what the hell in my head. I'm on my third lease out of your Chesapeake location trying to be on my fourth but seems like nobody's willing to go and see what they can do about making that happen. I have had several offers on my current civic from all over the highest offer this week is $23,805 from Carvana. And I know they can't buy a lease from Honda at this time but I will just pay the balance and sell to them if I need to because if your company won't order a car that I'm looking for then there's no point in trying to come to your dealerships. I'm the past I've had some really bad experiences but I let it go after a day but this has sure fired me up. Never in my lifetime have I ever had a salesman tell me they won't order a car I want. Hell at this point I would drive to Marysville Ohio to get it from the assembly plant. The ball is in your court Priority we'll see if you value your customers or not. read more

Everyone at the service department at this Priority Honda dealer does a great job. You make an appointment and they take your car at the appointed time. They have a courtesy shuttle that begins promptly at 8:00 am or you can wait. They call you when the car is ready and send the courtesy shuttle promptly for the return trip. They took the time to explain all the work that was needed and delivered my car when promised. This seems like simple results, however, not all dealerships can execute on them as well as they do at this one. read more

Normally I've been happy with Priority Honda's service. However, recently I had my car in for minor maintenance and a safety inspection and was very disappointed that they changed the oil without approval (I was waiting in the lobby, so it's not like they couldn't reach me). While this oil service is free and included, I have always preferred to do my own oil changes so I can use a high quality filter and full synthetic oil. In this case, I had just changed the oil a few weeks before the service, and now that filter and synthetic oil is gone. I'll still go there, but in the future I'll make it very very clear to not change the oil; maybe I'll put a warning tag on the dip stick..... read more

I was able to get a good price on a 2016 Honda Civic. All my communication and negotiations were done online or by phone due to myself working grave and not wanting to spend my whole day in a dealership. I had a particular price in mind and after negotiating with several dealerships I was able to come to an agreement with Priority Honda. Our salesperson was Danny. After the final price was negotiated we came in to sign the paperwork. Don't fall for any of the up selling that is given to you during the process. This is especially evident at the end when your signing the contract. Be weary to make sure your signing for the price you agreed to. In the end, we received a very good price and I especially like how oil changes and state inspections are included for life. read more

I bought my Civic from this place, so I bring it here for the free oil changes for life and annual inspection. Otherwise, I would never come back to this place. Let's start just before the 20K point, with my car still under all warranties. There is a low growling noise coming out of the right rear of the car, louder on turns and low-speeds and consistent no matter the speed. At an oil change, I ask for them to check it out; nothing found. About 5-6K miles later, "Hey, can you check this out again? Take it for a test drive? It's really getting annoying" "Nothing, sorry. Looks good. Mufflers can sound like that" (What??) And the next oil change, "PLEASE, FOR THE LOVE OF ALL THAT IS SACRED AND HOLY!!! I have NEVER had a car sound like this; it is driving me INSANE!!!!!" Finally, one of the techs asks me to go with him because they still can't find anything but tell me that my tire treads are wearing thin inside (I had them rotated every change). We get in the car, and within a couple of seconds - "Oh, you need new wheel bearings, that explains the noise and the tire wear." Priority fixed the wheel bearing free (had to wait a few days while the parts came in) and then a new noise was coming from the front right wheel well right after leaving the shop. What the ham sandwich did they do? After taking it back, their rep informed me that Honda recommends I replace the front strut (~$700) because the original struts have low-quality bumper points, and he then handed me a sheet with the diagnosis for that issue, describing completely different noises and symptoms. I said whatever and left. Within a couple of weeks, I had to replace all four tires on my car that had about 45K on it. None of it covered by the fact that the Honda tech shop couldn't identify a problem I had been telling them on multiple visits as documented in my paperwork. That was a nice chunk of unnecessary money. Thankful I didn't buy them at Priority. The place I did buy them had a mech ride with me to figure out the noise, definitely NOT a strut - he looked in the wheel well and said I was missing a couple of plastic clips to hold a flap down, about a $10 repair. So glad I didn't take Priority's advice and shell out money on an strut I didn't need! With the exception of the oil change and inspection, I'll be looking elsewhere for any car maintenance. read more

I was excited that I was going to step away from buying an American car only to realize my mistake. This has been the worse car ownership of my life. I haven't had the car six months and hate it so much that I am starting to look at cars and really don't care about loosing money. I bought my car here and come back for my inspections and oil changes and everything because of the Priorities for Life, which are really great! They're one of the reasons I bought my car from Priority in the first place. Everyone is very professional and they get my stuff done in a pretty timely manner. The waiting area is nice. They have a little movie theater, massage chairs, and a little coffee/tea area. On Wednesdays, they offer manicures, which my mom took advantage of one time when we went for an inspection. It's nice having things to do while you wait for your car. It makes the time go by faster. read more
