I had been at this location one time, years earlier. The receptionist found my previous history and said that I qualified for this offer and I booked my appointment. Everything went well until the checkout. The receptionist quoted me a different price saying that the offer only applied if I was there within a:six month period. I asked for a manager and she said that she was the manager. She wanted to know the name of the receptionist who answered the phone and I did not have that information but I showed her a copy of the ad. She refused to give me the sale price. I paid the bill and called the corporate customer service number. They responded by email that they forwarded my information to another franchise group who did not reach out to me. The goal of the ad was to reach previous clients in an effort to bring them back. I will never recommend them and tell other clients that they fail to honor their own ads.

My review of Evergreen - I only ever deal with Nadine, but I notice how happy she is there. The other stylists and front desk folks appear nice and the vibe is good. It's an Aveda salon and they have all the newest products. My only complaint would be the bathroom. Thanks to the complimentary diet cokes, I have to use it often and it always looks like it could use a touch up. I think it's the minuscule trash can - get a bigger one that way two paper towels won't fill it up and make it look like the bathroom hasn't been cleaned!

The front of this quaint shop sells several skincare products that are made with essential oils, herbs, butters, botanicals, etc. They have soaps, lotions, candles, many other items. Unique to this shop is that the owner, Natalie Patterson, created her own healing and wellness products. Cayenne Pain Blend which is a rub that helps with many of ailments such as lower back pain, neuropathy, etc. Other items such as facial cleansers, eye cream, toner, scrubs, baths and so much more! I stayed here for the weekend and booked a Swedish massage and hot salt rocks to my package. Jennifer was my massage therapist. She has the softest hands but applied the pressure that I needed. You fill out an intake form that gives the therapist an idea of any medical conditions and an idea of what you need from your service and they work off that to give you a great experience. The place is extremely clean, neat, accommodating and the staff are all very professional. The locker rooms have everything you need. The robes and slides are soft and made of good quality. Cell phones/camera are prohibited in areas where services are being provided. The lounge area has a waterfall, comfortable seating and plays soft music while a relaxing scent fills the air. You can pay for a one-time service or sign up for a $80/month membership that includes services to sauna, the pool, the massage service of your choice and complimentary beverages/snacks. In my opinion, they're much better than the Ballantyne Resort. You can have an individual service or book a couples massage for two. After our service, they provided us with a glass of wine and bottled water. We then went into the sauna room and sat to detox. It was great. I love this place. I'll definitely return.
