Never got my print after three weeks of calls…read more I needed a sandwich sign for my business and called ahead to confirm, submitted my files online, and didn't hear back. I called after a week, and the woman scolded me that, "We didn't do it because you asked for it too soon." So I told her that was fine, I just need it sometime, so she said it would take a week. Two weeks later, nothing. I call them back. They bat my call back and forth, make excuses, tell me they can do it. They give me a quote and ask if I can get a discount because I missed several events in the meantime and had to chase them down for three weeks, and then they ghost me again. I hope you have better luck than I did and are flexible with whether you get your orders.
