I truly wanted to leave a positive review for this shop, but my experience has been extremely…read moredisappointing from beginning to end. I was originally told they would create a free sample shirt for me within two days. Instead, it took over a week. Even with the delay, the sample shirt turned out nice, so I decided to place a bulk order worth over $400. I was told I would receive my shirts within one to three business days, but I ended up waiting eighteen days while dealing with repeated mistakes and miscommunication. During this time, I made multiple trips to the store because the promised timeframe had already passed, and I assumed my order would be ready. Each time, it was not. After all the inconvenience, I expected some form of compensation, whether a refund, a discount, or at least acknowledgment of the delays and the unnecessary back and forth. Instead, I found myself having to repeatedly hound them just to get them to address the issues and attempt to make things right. One of my designs was printed on the wrong shirts, and instead of taking responsibility, they tried to place the blame on me even though my designs were clearly planned and communicated ahead of time. The kids shirt I ordered also had a logo that was not fully pressed, with the edges visibly lifting off the fabric. This entire process has been a headache. If you want your shirts done correctly and within the timeframe you are promised, I strongly recommend going somewhere else.

So easy , everyone is so friendly and definitely is beating everyone else in pricing!read more

I've always been able to send the files over my computer and generally speaking they would call me a couple of hours later and say that the job is done and come pick it up. That's worked really well for me. At this new location I bumped into people that I'm not seen before. Maybe the old regulars left. They were pretty good. Last week I tried to send a print job at about 3:30 in the afternoon. Their system kept telling me I'd have to pick the job up the next day which was no bueno since I'd be on a plane out of state with those manuals. I finally copied the file to a USB and drove up there to see if I could get it printed so it could go into my suitcase. One guy offered to help me while the other one was playing with his phone almost the entire time I was there because it was so slow. I told him I couldn't figure out why if they're not all that busy it was pushing my print job to the following day which would not work for me. He told me it was likely that their system at a certain point in the afternoon just pushed everything forward. They got it done for me but when I was paying my bill I noticed that they added a $35 priority fee that I've never seen the last 10 years. I put the manuals in my car and went back inside and ask about this fee. The guy who was playing with his phone stopped long enough to tell me it was because the job was done the same day, a rush job. That struck me as quite odd since there was almost no one in there the whole time I was waiting...and he was standing behind the counter playing with his phone the whole time. I said if you're going to tack on a $35 rush fee then you should let somebody know that before you print the job. His only question was 'well if we had told you would you still have needed the manuals?' I said of course And then ask myself WTF? I guess he thought he had bested me on the $35 fee that I had never heard of in over a decade of printing there. I miss the old regulars. Hope they're doing well out there someplace.

Instead of simply helping me, he told me I could do it myself at the self-serve kiosk. He walked with me to it and started talking to me in a condescending way. He was explaining everything step as if I didnt know how to use it, "press this, scan this, there's the receipt" and as he walked away I pulled down to rip it just as he told me "pull up and rip the receipt." The whole interaction felt unnecessarily rude and dismissive. If customers are expected to use the self serve kiosk thats fine but don't make them feel stupid for needing assistance. It was the attitude and the way he spoke to me that made this experience so unpleasant. Just because I wanted a receipt there was absolutely no reason to be rude.

I called Brand X, which is located in Alpha Graphics in Tempe, about same day direct to print shirts. Natalie gave me all the instructions and told me if I got my emergency order in by 12, the shirts would be ready by 5! The emergency shirt design studio is great when you're in a pinch and I was able to customize a few shirts in under 5 minutes. One thing to know is the emergency options are limited but there are still some many cool things to do! A secured payment and an email later and I was all set. True to their word, Brand X had my shirts ready fast. Next year, there's a strong possibly I'll get to my shirt design way before the 11th hour and really get to see what Brand X can do for my shirts. Thanks guys!

As with all clothing purchased my wife washed them. the screen printping on both shirts came off, leaving me 2 $54.05 tee shirts. Unfortunately I didn't have my receipt so I informed my credit card company and got a temporary credit which they recharged my card. I emailed them but with no response. hopefully the money spent went to charity. The shirt were going to be gifts.
