Found KTG online while I was googling to get some sweaters done…read more I checked on line for the prices - and compared to a lot of other companies - the pricing was amazing. I emailed them as I had a couple of questions prior to placing my order and they replied quickly and professionally. I love supporting local businesses so as soon as I saw how quick and nice they were - I placed my order. A week or so later, got the email my order was completed. I went ahead and picked it up and everyone there was sweet! This will probably be my go to for custom clothing!

I bought a 40th birthday present for a friend and it was looking a little bare…read more My friend's really into cigars. He has a backpack full of cigars, a really nice lighter, and a cigar cutter. He'd take this backpack everywhere he went to share his cigars with friends, including my husband. Every time they would light up, they'd always have to create a makeshift ashtray and try to find a place to lay their lit cigars. So husband and I bought him a portable ashtray/cigar holder from Amazon. I was initially just going to give it to him without the personalization, but it's his 40th birthday so I needed to make it special. I looked on Yelp and got quotes for engraving places. I found AKD. Chris from AKD was the quickest to respond, the cheapest, the closest, and he completed it the next day, just in time for my friend's 40th birthday. I highly recommend Chris. He takes Venmo, he's a super nice dude, and provides quality work. Thank you Chris!

After weeks of back and forth with Evan and Sarah, trying to get straight and solid price quote, I…read morehopped on the phone with the owner of this spot (Hyde) because Sarah was getting a snippy with me. Before Hyde heard my complaint we went on for about a solid 5-10 minutes about how I told him that his staff was rude and that I'm difficult. I was accused of several things on this phone call by this owner, none of which were true. In fact, he actually didn't even let me get a word in. At the end of the call he told me he was sorry that they couldn't work with me and that I was making him feel unsettled. Now look, I'm all about expressing ones self, and if you say you're unsettled, I get it, and I respect it. But when a customer calls to talk to you about a negative experience they're having with your company and that your staff has been snippy, the right response isn't to play the victim and accuse the customer of X, Y, Z. Honestly, at the end of the day, this business operates like a total joke. If you don't value your time, by all means, give them your business. If you have any value for your time and integrity, don't bother wasting it here.
