I was in a pinch and needed to get promo shirts made for an event that I got hired to set up. Figured I needed to find someone local because of the sense of urgency (can't trust shipping when you're in a rush!). I needed a small run, less than 20 pieces this first time around. I only know of "screen printing," so that's exactly what I asked for. The guys here were so nice to explain to me that doing this small a run would be better cost effective to do Heat Transfer, and save the Screens for a larger order. I think "Heat Transfer" and automatically I think CRAP. NOPE, not here. He promised that their work is high quality, and indeed it is! Not only did they provide me with a quality product, for a VERY reasonable price, I literally was able to pick up the order the next day, right after we got all our final details and payment in. I really REALLY hate dealing with incompetent companies, especially those who try and gouge you for a mediocre product, just because they know you are working in Urgent/Desperation mode. I called about 6-7 different printing places and they all said it wasn't possible or very difficult and very expensive. But Ted assured me right away he was able to do it. The line of communication was excellent. He called and emailed very quickly and made me feel at ease since I was very nervous dropping off a few dozen bathing suits, not knowing if they would stick and stay.
