I needed to print a couple of 2-page docs on a Sunday night and everything was closed. I dialed Dussault Diane's phone number around 7 pm not really hoping for an answer... This small of a printing job is way too small of a scope for them, since they specialize in graphic design, and printing hundreds of copies of high-quality marketing materials. BUT: having talked to me and understanding my need Diane asked me to email the docs to her, printed and bound the docs for me, had them ready to pick up in 10 minutes and charged nothing. Very few businesses out there will go out of their way and solve a tiny client's problem sacrificing some personal time on a Sunday night, but these folks did. For which I'm very grateful. If I need graphic design, Diane will be my first call.

I get it together and running,it's a bottom rung bare bones econo class peice of sh*t. The CPU is OK,at 3600x it's a decent little engine, however that ois where it stops because the Asus, motherboard is slow and a bottleneck, and to top it of they put in ddr3 ram and a Radeon Sapphire 570x vid card.THe card fan is already making noise and cannot run even RDR2 without grinding to a halt and crashing. It finally blew up yesterday,I tried several times to get MDG to warranty the card but, surprise surprise because crypto is basically hoarding all the vid these days cards are 1 grand and up for good ones and MDG laid it on me to buy a new card, not their fault they say, call the manufacturer, even though THEY selected the card for the package. Sorry MDG my last payment was 2 months ago,not one more nickle until you send me a card replacement or the whole shebanf comes back to you.

So knowing nothing, except for Google/YouTube help, one could up sell me anything, especially car repairs as I've experienced in the past. Luckily this repair was a good experience . The owner Glen, is a super chill guy, he practically lives here with his shop hours being so broad. This is his retirement hobby, from being a computer engineer, so he really seems to know a lot and is not pushy or trying to sell me more than I needed. I had dropped my all in one HP computer while it was running, onto my leg and it broke it inside. He said it would take 1-2 days to figured out if the problem was 1 of 2 things. Software reinstall was $89 plus tax(which ended up being my issue) or a hardware fix being south of $200. The shop sits right off of Yonge st just a walk north of Major Mackenzie, it's mainly street parking unless you park behind the plaza or the church. I drive by here often and have never noticed this place, but it's been here for years.
