These clowns hijacked my website and email server into oblivion !! Was on Shaw for many years,…read moreshuffled to Rogers, without degrading too badly. Rogers has screwed so many businesses by slipping us off to a FRAUD. I had attempted to reach Rogers about migrating to some other hosting company. Basically ignored. Apparently that was a hint of what was to come. This Easy On Net (Nerivon shell game) didn't provide migration instructions, or the new password. So the Webmail they were touting cannot work. So, my business email is dead, and ZERO responses to emails to migration or Support, nor respnse to my phone calls. And now their voicemail box is full and they just hang up on me. Whatever you do, RUN AWAY from this FRAUD if you can !

Just so you know, this company brand is so ruined they had to drag all their brands into a new…read moreumbrella organization called Easyonnet as a last ditch effort to stay in business. If you go near them, you have nothing but pain ahead of you. I too had the misfortune to be dragged into this unbelievably bad third rate circus of incompetence and out right fraud when Dynamic Hosting, who I had an ok, not great relationship with for many years, suddenly beat it out the door. But I've never seen anything like these guys. I had a first go around of dealing with invoices for services which I had already paid for (an abuse of contract law with severe consequences given they way they handled the handover). After many hours dealing with an incompetent accounts department I at least got a phone meeting with a senior guy in the company. He did his best to fix the mess and ask me to work with them. He did advise me, when I asked, that there were increases in service costs ahead. OK, fine, I can make my own best judgement on how to proceed. In the meantime, I moved a half dozen domains to a local west coast provider as a hedge and to see what was my best option going forward. What I wasn't expecting was to be suddenly hit with a nearly 600% increase of what I had been paying for years, just for the few domains still remaining. Previously I paid one price for all my domains. The new deal was each domain was it's own thing, each costing more than I previously paid for the whole service. Had I stayed in place, I would have been looking at a 1200% increase annually. Yes, that says 1200%. And what is worse, I had a CONTRACT with all my services and domains intact for another four months, but they just decided I'd pay early with no pro-rating from my existing arrangement. Plus I had no idea these invoices were piling up because I received no notification until just a few days before they were about to start piling on my credit card. Doesn't that remind you of that guy that bought the pharmaceutical company? The one who is now in prison for the rest of his life? The guy that owns this company, Derek Walmsley, uses the same play book, too bad he doesn't read the news. This was on top of many service outages, grindingly slow service at times and email account settings that constantly had to be tweaked, because these idiots just do not know what they are doing! As a final insult, the whole point of being with the previous company was they were supposed to be 100% Canadian - these guys quietly started using servers in the US without advising anyone, and they have a STARS AND STRIPES on the payment page to indicate you are being in served in English. Canadians just love that. Great puck handling, you morons. So, avoid Nerivon, Easyonnet, Dynamic Hosting or any other business that was registered recently at 17075 Leslie St, Newmarket ON L3Y, Canada or registered as a Delaware corporation. That fact alone tells you all you need to know about about a so called Canadian firm claiming it is committed to preserving your privacy. I am cheerfully and safely set up with a truly Canadian Firm, and we can all look forward eagerly to watching this criminal enterprise get its own episode on CBC Marketplace or some other intrepid show devoted to tearing down fraudulent companies.
