I brought in the actual sweater when I received it and came by the store to drop off the info of what I wanted on the sweater. I did not get the the female that was working the front but she was very friendly with helping me on the sizing and placement of the dogs face and name for the sleeve. Overall, everything was speedy,efficient, and they were communicating to me (Kenny) via email throughout the entire process to make sure things were good to move on to embroider onto the sweater. I brought in high-quality polyester shirts for printing. They melted every single one. Any professional apparel print shop should know not to use excessive heat on polyester, and if they accidentally damage one shirt, they should adjust settings before printing the rest. Instead, they destroyed the entire batch. Initially, they admitted fault, apologized, and promised to source and reprint the shirts before my event. Two days before the event, the owner called and told me they decided not to replace them after all--because "I probably wouldn't come back anyway." Their "solution" was to offer me a discount if I returned in the future. I was stunned. This wasn't just bad service--it was blatant disregard for a loyal, repeat customer and for the impact their mistake had on my event. If they had told me earlier, I could have found another shop in time. Instead, they left me scrambling. To be fair, Adam, one of their employees, was professional and tried to help, but the owners' poor ethics and lack of accountability overshadowed any positives. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, I recommend supporting another local print shop that will stand behind their work and make things right when mistakes happen.
